I think your issue is you probably didn't click the option in the menu to play with only people in your rank region. If you start Killzone 2's Warzone MP with that unchecked then you'll be playing against gamers which much higher ranks and thus more abilities.
Uncheck the option and perhaps your balancing issues may be taken care off. Other than that I can't help you cause other than the game is WAR. Perfected. - PERIOD! XD

ain't no way I'm spending 15 bucks for that when it's obviously a $9.99 game like the Pixel Junk games. R&C: QFB was $14.99 and had way more gaming content plus it too is $9.99 for a short time period too.
I have no clue how ignorant idiotic gamers are, actively trying to find ways to dogg on HOME and try to limit developers from bringing extra content to gamers. No other console is offering 1/10th what the PS3 is offering via HOME.
The wii hardly has DLC for it's fanbase and the 360's fanbase has DLC like the PS3 fanbase but the PS3 fanbase are the only ones that get more more extra content for their favoured games via HOME Game Spaces.

Look at all the support for trophies. Men, to me, anyone who can't see trophies are way way better than achievements is just lost. Trophies out class achievements by a mile and truly reflect the mind set of a real gamer and not some stereo type of "oh, just give them points. That's what gamers crave for right?"
The trophy system is like a whole RPG/MMO universe where you can actually see what type of gamer a person is.

about the graphics, can you or anyone tell me of any other downloadable game (other than a racing game cause racers use resources very differently) that come any near the graphical quality of this game?
I've noticed that some reviews have been reviewing this game's graphics like it's a full fledged disc game at $60 when it's a $40 downloadable game.

I don't know what game you're playing but I don't play chaotic frag fest games in KZ2 unless I want to. If that's all you've played on KZ2 then the problem is with you not the game.
