games that are so heavily focused on multiplayer do seem to have a tacked on single player experience. i have friends who have bought modern warfare, mw2, and black ops yet have not played even 1 hour of the campaign for any of those games. i enjoy multiplayer just as much as the next person but for me a single player experience is was draws me into a game. if youre just going to tack on a 5 hour single player then whats the point. what i would like to see is games such as bad company or cod ...
Galaxy 2 gets my vote for game of the year. The controls are simple and extremely responsive. It's obviously not in hd but the graphics are smooth and well done. In my opinion, galaxy 2 is the most creative game to come out this year. It's challenging yet still accessible. It's a nice break from the overwhelming amount of shooters. Most gamers that complain about the title have not actually sat down and played it and are merely basing their opinion on reviews/screenshots/videos wh...
epic mickey review scores have been all over the place. ive seen perfect 10/10, 5/5 scores and others as low as 4/10, 5/10. so it seems to be a hit or miss with some people. either way i plan on buying this game before the year is over and from what ive seen i have no doubt i will enjoy.
i really hope they localize this game. id be let down tremendously if they didnt.
youre right, that is tomorrow. this is fantastic news. im pretty stoked.
i rather a game be known for to much content instead of not enough. quantity does not always equal quality but as least in gt5 you have a racing game with plenty of options and a wide variety. of course theres different variations of the same car but gt5 is for the car enthusiast so its only natural for so many models to be included cause no 2 cars are 100% exactly the same under the hood. although it doesnt surprise me that they would say that. they probably plan to offer you a minimal amoun...
i didnt realize so many people have a distaste for the ps+ service. i bought the 12 month/3 month free package on day 1 and ive been pleasantly surprised by how much content ive gotten. everything offered so far has been outstanding. wipeout, critter crunch, shatter, kz3 beta, assassins creed beta, dead space beta, ps1 classics, day one discounts on dlc, free dlc, themes, etc. if you bought a ps3 early on and bought a major amount of content then you would get less value out of the service (o...
i did buy medal of honor day 1 so i better get to try the beta when the time comes
played a couple matches earlier on the ps3 version and i didnt have any problems
its not that ign sucks, its just that i feel they dont spend enough time playing the game their reviewing. its not just ign though. most reviews dont go in depth enough. they play the game in an overall sense and then score it. secondly a review is just an opinion where a low or high score is not really from ign but more of the reviewer. thats why reviews should not be taken so seriously but more as a reference on how the game functions and what it contains. people are to quick to look at a l...
thats what ive been hearing from people who have played it. gorgeous visuals but an average rpg for a final fantasy title. but yah now that its cheap i wanna try it out for myself and get a feel for it.
i enjoyed prototype a lot and i thought the concept was pretty cool. the execution was lacking but it was still a fun game to play. i remember spending hours running across rooftops and creating havoc with some pretty awesome over the top powers. if by chance it is prototype 2 they can look at the mistakes of the 1st and improve upon that and in my opinion i can see a great game emerging.
im still interested in playing final fantasy 13 and its fairly cheap now so ill have to pick it up soon and give it a try.
hopefully this title will be on the ps3 as well.
im probably one of the only people who still enjoys dynasty warriors.
there have been a ton of great wii titles in the past few months and im glad the game scored pretty good. hopefully ill have some cash to buy this as soon as possible.
i like ps plus A LOT. before ps plus i had not bought or downloaded anything from the store. there were a ton of games i wanted i just never wanted to spend the money. well i decided to spend the money for it and give it a try and signed up for the 12 month with 3 months free and the service is great. i know people complain that "your paying to pay for discounted items" well yes, thats true to some extent. ive got to play games like critter crunch and wipeout, betas like killzone 3,...
bayonetta is an outstanding game so a sequel would be amazing.
a reboot would be amazing but i fear that it might not be able to match naughty dog in terms of quality. im still very interested in seeing it happen though.
sweet. so far ive been pleased by all the ps+ content ive received and this month is no exception. i look forward to it.
