the issue right now, is sony,s preparing ps4 launch. And as you all may know, Most first party studios have already split their team in order to provide gsmes for ps3 and ps4.(naughtydog,suckerpunch,sa ntamonica,guerilla..)

As a playstation fan, i know how it feels like when someone criticise your favourite brand but if you look at last gen consoles, ps2 also was rushed out and had quiet a bit of issues the first year.

people, people, all you have seen, is a badly edited trailer that last less than 2 mins. None of the clowns who claim to have played or seen that game are telling the truth.
Only 3 people outside nihilistic studio have played that game. 2 of them work for treyarch and 1 for sony and they are pretty confident on how the game is shaping up.

resistance has its share of flaws, but after the first chapter, things start to get better .
On the graphics side of things graphics start to improve and the screen start to be filled with loads of enemies at once.
even the touchscreen grenades and melee become very intuitive after a while.

playstation is the only platform holder who dares to try new and original IPs 6years after launch. They ve been true to their word when they said ps3 will be a marathon, not a sprint.
Last guardian, lastofus, v13, beyond2souls, gow4, unfinished swan, puppeteer, rain, ni no kuni, wonderbook are just a few games that i believe will make ps3 a much more compelling offering for late buyers.

when i see games like unchartedGA, wipeout2048, virtuatennis, fifa, rayman, mgs collection, sound shape, mortal kombat, gravity rush... and i think there all launch games. Well, forgive me for being super confident about vita,s future.

since launch vita had a very compelling software compare to 3ds which for the first six months had practically nothing to play on apart from pilotwing, steel driver and nintendogs. and 10 third party

In its first 6 months western launch period, sony released 11 first party games +32 thirdparty games.
