thanks, captain obvious. nintendo themselves are stating that they are not part of the competition.
okay. was this a no-effort kind of automated port? because what sales figures are they expecting.
well, it's nintendo. they are dubbed the most greedy and most arrogant manufacturer for a reason.
this game was the epitome of fun last year
the blogger lost me when he/she compared the stability of the psn with something like a house of cards on a blob. must be another network because my psn is damn fine. no outages whatsoever except for that one time when it got hacked.
let the xoxbox be an utter disappointment and we may see the 150+ million units sold. just kidding.
sony also thought it was a good idea to flood the psn store with indie love. it didn't go well with many gamers asking why they should play these games on a high end console. for the switch however these indie games could be just the right thing. the limited hardware and graphics power seldomly affects indie and casual games. win win.
there are only 2 competitors. and out of the two sony won. this switch is a seperate market and i guess they dominated whatever niche they are supporting.
huh? nier got to be one of THE games this gen. with so man refreshing elements it's just a jewel.
while this zelda thing must be one of the big yawns this gen. we've been playing open world adventures and rpgs for more than a decade now. in this day and age it needs more than what nintendo is able to provide.
how can it be fun when it's online based? i'll choose ai anytime over real players. an ai can be programmed differently. while humans are always acting the same. cheating and doing everything to gain an unfair advantage. pretty boring concept if you asked me.
matterfall sounds very interesting. but i would never touch this reheated uncharted thing even with a stick. i am one of the few who thought this series was repetitive as frag the higher the number at the end of the title got. this franchise is a prime example on how to milk the cow. uncharted fanboys are going to nail me to the cross for this diss, but i couldn't care less. i am not earning my money to spend it on low efforts with a huge marketing machinery in the back.
this is such a gem. in the likes of space miner i played a couple years ago -just bigger, better, faster, more! ;-)
what's next? 10 ways how to not care and being able to milk the brand anyway? or 10 ways how being the weakest kid in class is the ultimate winner? what's with this gadget that ignores all standards? in my book it's not avalid gaming machine. there's more to it than some funnycolors and ancient franchises reheated ad nauseum. if the company doesn't care enough for, say, a decent online infrastructure then i can only call this whole company a scam. people got a wish to get ...
word
is there exactly anybody who cares? the ones with a switch? i seriously don't think so. everybody else? hell, no. the point of this blog post being?
who would want to play these ancient games?
they announced like ark survival evolved in space. instead they delivered abot 10% of game mechanics necessary for such an endeavor. face it, nms will never be the game we made it out to be.
would is the key word here *g*
a game with a 4 behind the title doesn't sell well. surprise, surprise.
personally i do think that their original plan would have been a huge step forward. that is, if you wanted a piece of tech that just so happens to also being able to play games. if they backed up their original xbone idea with stellar first party games they would have gotten away with it. but that's what you get when you are competing in a market without knowing the market very well. else they would have thought of the most important asset a console can have.
