Wait y'all pressed about character development? -_- anyway all I know gameplay got better with each sequel it at the least equal to the previous and that's what's most important. So if you liked the first and hated the rest I call BS. You ppl sound ridiculous discrediting the sequels like they're bad all cause they did little to progress the character forward. So I side with author GAMEPLAY> STORY
How? What did the first do that the other 2 didn't do? All 3 are nearly identical to each other. Each sequel simply added a few more gameplay elements
You going way too far. Halo CE definitely had a better campaign no debate about it. And it set the tone for the entire series. But halo 2 added on to it in a great way. Halo 2 did have a better MP. Overall I would give Halo CE the edge over Halo 2 by 0.2 point.

The fact you blew halo CE off should be a crime and Halo 2 alone is not the reason Halo 3 did so well.

It depends if XGP takes off even more. You see Sony is starting to follow suit after witnessing the success of gamepass and Now doing better after putting more recent games and a cheaper price point on it. If day one exclusives causes subs to quadruple they will do it, at least with specific games.

Idk if you knew this Ted but RDR2 on the X has solid fps it's not Shakey and graphics look great and improved from the one and PS4 which already looked on those. Y'all in denial now. Aspiring I didn't buy the OG Xbox one day one. I bout it a year after release and only paid $200 for it ($400-$100 360 trade in-$100 game bundle trade in something pc can't do lol) and I spent around under $160 in subs this gen and got a bunch a free game I didn't ask for enjoyed which more than made up for the sub. Under $800 spent and a boat load of free games. I think I won.

It's not that black and white. You can still have fun with a broken game if you can suffer through it's bugs. So a game that you would've given 9 becomes a 6 cause character falls through the ground cause you to reboot and other weird glitches but at it's core when the bugs aren't happening you're loving the game. The main point of gaming for many is "is it fun"? So dragging a "fun" game with glitches that drive you nuts every now and then to a 1.5...
RDR2 has way more action and content. You comparing a few long horse rides like that's all the games about is a joke
