Lol no RDR2 did that. Fill with life and random events many of which are unscripted along with a ton of Easter eggs and things to discover. DS however it's world is empty and boring

RDR2 did drag which is why it had pacing issues. Better combat? .....umm....(thinking)....1 had easier combat.....which make it better for some. But I'm not gonna say it's better personally. Both had good stories. 2 had better acting and Auther was a better character. RDR2 did too much and went above and beyond for me to out 1 over it overall. RDR2 sandbox is unmatched by any open world game that alone make it one of the greats. Add enjoyable gameplay, good story awesome missions........

Better campaign, the pacing was much better along with the setting of each level. Plus 1 had an epic ending with a speed run in a vehicle while the entire planet blowing up while 2 ended on a dull cliff hanger. Crash landing on halo and being the only survive as you hide from the recon scouts. (Exact moment I fell in love with the series.) Sneaky night sniper mission as to sneak on board the enemy ship to save your comrades
