The other thing is that many PS5 owners had PS4s so already a lot may have good back catalog of games. So if you have a pre-existing catalog gamepass doesn't really have as a big an impact as everyone thinks

I get what you're saying, but, Returnal looks fantastic however it's sliced. Personally I don't care if it's true 4k. Valkyrie Profile, Grandia, Persona, ARC the Lad, Alundra and on and on. So many fantastic RPGs. Then add in re-releases of Final Fantasy Tactics, Chrono Trigger, Lunar, Ogre Battle, Breath of Fire etc. There's no other system that comes close.
