Weird the FACTS are Playstation are absolutely killing it. Your opinion doesn't match up to the facts. Playstation tops sales across the board, system sales, accessory sales, digital sales and services. They broke the industry record last year and did more sales than BOTH Nintendo and Xbox Combined so yeah they absolutely are crushing sales. As for PC, what? Playstation has what like 3 or 4 on PC?! How about if you already have a huge library of games? Then Gamepass isn't necessarily a big deal then. Plenty of current gen owners did own the previous gen you know. In that case paying for a service when you may have a big library/back catalogue might not be an impressive idea at all.

Covid didn't stop Playstation or Nintendo from releasing AAA content. But you know their studios aren't mismanaged like Xbox studios.

Sony has spent pretty consistently and if you add up the last 3 or 4 years they've spent more than Bethesda cost with their various entertainment purchases. That's not really the same at all. Just look at Media Molecule these guys were ex-developers at Lionhead studios making Fables exclusively for Xbox. They made a pitch to Xbox about their idea and instead of nurturing their creativity they got turned down and basically told to continue making Fables.
