You do realize even if you want to use that poor excuse that Arcane have launched Deathloop in 2021 with 60fps mode right on PS5?! Plus boosted all the Dishonored games to 4K 60fps on Xbox too? Then recently launched Deathloop with 60fps mode on Xbox too? Every game using UE4 no less? It's not like some new engine they're having growing pains with either since they've been using it since 2017. So seriously your excuses don't even line up with Arcanes own work.
Didn't Arcane launch Deathloop with a 60fps mode?! In 2021 no less? Not really see why another shooter from them couldn't either?! It's not like they're new to these modes they did just release Deathloop on Xbox with all the various modes and went back and did Dishonored games boosted too. All these games in UE4 too so its not like this is some hiccup from going to UE5.

I kind of agree with you. Only issue is that Xbox studios themselves set the release date and with Xbox already not having a good track record of releases that's not a good look.
Plus like you I think they should just release it as they have spent a lot of money on advertising its release I think it hurts them more to not hit that date.
Is the Series S version the reason they can't launch with 60 fps? Would have thought at least Xbox 1st party would launch with all the modes together. Definitely poor management or design choices.
