Sony did the Horizon Burning Shores expansion only on PS5 and Spiderman 2 only on PS5 I think is a pretty good indicator for Playstation going forward.
As for Diablo 4 and SF6 that's on the 3rd party developer for choosing that route and allocating their resources to that affect. Playstation don't own those studios so it's not on them at all. So I would say your annoyance is misplaced. Blames Playstations partners for their own mistakes.
