To be fair Nintendo 1st party games do have long legs. Also it seems to work for them because instead of tuesday releases they have friday ones. Plus look at sales of Pokemon Moon and Sun I would say it will be the top in sales this year.
Microsoft seem to have a couple small releases in the spring with Halo Wars 2 and Sea of Thieves.

Funny you guys don't think anything of winning by 18,000, but, cheerlead when Xbox wins NPD by 10,000 or less units. Epecially when you consider that it loses the worldwide sales by 100,000+. Ironic no?
