not that i'm saying he's wrong, but in the video he clearly says "i think" as opposed to having any kind of inside info.
can't wait either, but i have to admit there is a small part of me that's slightly worried they're rushing to capitalize on the momentum of the first one as quickly as possible.
oh well, just believe in rocksteady and expect a great game.
well it was gamepro australia, so they were probably chugging fosters while punching dingos.
just picked up chuck season 2 yesterday. between her and ellie, best looking women in a show on tv.
i tried to go through the first level, played for about an hour or two, and got my ass handed to me so i stopped. i'm not quitting on the game, but i realized i'm nowhere near ready to take on that kind of mental exertion that is going to be needed to play a game that has the capability to frustrate like that.
i absolutely will be going back to the game in the near future, when i feel like i'm ready to take it on.
you can die in peace because they announced DLC? i'd rather play it first.
you copy skate with a tony hawk name. they made the desperation play and it doesn't seem to be going well, so like most things, you copy what's popular, which sucks because it takes some originality out of the genre.
movies and blu-ray, and since it's a 60 gb model, old ps2 games and new ps3 exclusives.
i'm really glad i never got into the MMORPG's like everquest or WoW. i enjoy the occasional 5 or 6 hour session when i don't have other pressing things, but i can't imagine being so obsessed that the enjoyment really isn't there and it affects the rest of my life.
my favourite thing that i thought Uncharted 2 has done right is the scene following the guy through his nepal town, where you can just walk behind him if you want, or you can choose, without prompt, to press triangle around people and drake will introduce himself and shake their hand, or suprise the kids behind the wall, or just walk around and say "hello" to people who don't speak english. i'm not sure why i loved that so much, but i thought it was fantastic.
because last week i bought Uncharted 2, next week i'm buying forza 3, in 4 weeks i'm getting modern warfare 2, and in 5 weeks i'm getting assassin's creed 2 and left 4 dead 2.
this game has my interest, but not nearly as much as all those other games. truth be told, a game like demon's souls is the game that i'm looking at longingly on the sidelines, but some things need to wait.
time to focus on the dead space franchise for the 360 and PS3. make a really great sequel to a fantastic first entry.
i've had a fantastic time with this game. will tide me over until uncharted 2 and then firefight and uncharted mutliplayer will tide me over until MW2.
but overall i think i enjoyed this halo more then any in the series so far. it isn't perfect, but it's a great game overall.
that's the risk capcom is taking i guess.
i'll be first in line to get it. i got so many hours out of SF4 that there's no way i'd miss 8 new characters. would i rather a $20 DLC package? sure, but i'm not going to be picky as long as i'm getting more street fighter.
shut up about 3 until i can actually have my hands on 2.
this is such a stupid comparison on every single level
god i love my 60gb ps3........
gamers won. nobody can say there isn't something they're excited about.
first time in a while that i'm actually appreciative that i was laid off.
mind you, i'd rather just take the days off work to play it, but i'll live with what it is.
*edit: i'm not saying i want to be unemployed, but i'm going to enjoy playing the game, that's all. i'll still be looking for a job as well.
