yeah, that'll probably do it. i live in a condo, i don't have alot of room for a 60'' tv. my 42'' aquos is a beautiful fit and is as big as i can go right now. i have to sit on the couch about 8 feet away, so that's another reason i guess i'm skeptical.
the reason i enjoyed 3D movies that were well done was because of the size of the movie screen that I was watching them on. watching avatar on an imax screen was amazing because I was engulfed in the 3D. the reason I'm skeptical about 3D gaming and 3D blu-ray is that the immersion is gone unless my face is pressed up against the television. i'll give it a try at some point at a friends house or something, and i'll try to keep an open mind in the meantime, but for now i'm no...
MS won't "have to" embrace 3D gaming, and neither will I unless I want to.
return it........it's useless. don't even return it actually, just throw it out.
people enjoying one system over the other makes them blind fanboys? how about people assuming that everyone shares their opinion? what does that make them?
people have personal preferences, and alot of people love the 360. alot of people love the ps3. alot of people love both of them and get great value from both of them. trying to tell them they are wrong is completely idiotic and wreaks of a blind fanboy.
the NOT joke never gets old..........
not

agreed. just got the game yesterday and i love the actual racing. i think they got it perfectly and the drifting and attacks work really well. if they can patch the load times i'll spend quite a bit of time with this game, but i just find myself stewing whenever i see that loading screen.
couldn't they at least change the fun facts or information on the screen during the loading? 45 seconds of looking at the exact same text and picture makes it worse. i appreciat...
agreed, really strong review from someone who reads like they enjoy the medium. well done.
i had alot of fun with the bioshock 2 multiplayer for about a week. then i started playing BFBC2 and traded bioshock in. with this ridiculous dlc, i'm glad i did.
i wish i could use the word "bollocking" in my day to day life, but since i'm not English and live in Canada, people would just look at me weird.
so bollocks to that.
woo!
i'd love to see trophies for hot shots golf: out of bounds. still play that game pretty consistently and think it would be great for some interesting and challenging trophies.
well congrats on that, but some people don't visit n4g or other sites all the time to check out info on whether it's alright or not to turn on your playstation. after watching some of the olympic closing ceremonies, i got into bed and watched a movie on my ps3 60 gb and noticed a 1999 date. i didn't do it to try and be a rebel or curious; i did it because it's my playstation and that's what i do with it.
just because i didn't check to see if it was okay to use it doesn't mean i...
there really wasn't any competition. nobody even questioned the dominance of the PS2. the gamecube didn't touch it and the xbox didn't come along until later and it couldn't touch the PS2. it's not like now, where the Wii dominates and the 360 and PS3 are in direct real competition. for it's time, the PS2 had no equal.
i would like to go through with a female character full renegade just to see the facial scars and effect of that.
keeping or destroying the ship was my toughest decision. mainly because i could see both sides of the argument and i figured that would be a big decision going into the 3rd (it HAS to be, right?). i destroyed it, and was glad when my entire crew backed it up. such a great game.
read the article.
i'll probably do what i did with mass effect, which is finish my playthrough (which i have done now for ME2) and then not play it again until getting ready for ME3. i completely understand what the author is talking about. i have such a complete feeling about my imported shepard and the choices i've made that i don't want to change them just to see what happens. the curiosity of playing through the game as total renegade seems trivial to me right now.
i'm sure i'll start up another g...
with the increase in mac's popularity, i'm sure more will. it's like going multiplatform on consoles, why cut out a chunk of potential customers.
respectfully disagree with you on a couple points. first off, the load times, at least personally, i find to be brutal for two reasons. first off, they are long. i usually count off 45 seconds between loading and pre-race. the second point on that is that the loading screen is one single fact or tip and picture that doesn't change for the entire time so it becomes a stagnant experience.
secondly, i think online is pretty much a necessity. racing people is much more fun, and ...
