They're still targeting the core gamer demographic which is smart at this point in the game.
Even though price is their bigger trump card, they will save that until later when it's even cheaper and within the range of the more casual gamers.

I don't think the 60fps sweet spot is 100% necessary in an arcade style racer. NFS managed all this time at 30.

Maybe there are, I couldn't name them could you? Either way that's not the original intent of video games was my point. Although you could argue that to become art you have to allow the creator to express even harmful agenda and opinion through their medium. I guess that's a different matter though.

Video games have used the many various and contradicting religions of the world as inspiration for a long time and that's fine.
However, trying to find enlightenment, forcing an agenda into or reading something that isn't there is not wise. Video games, like movies, demand a certain level of suspension of disbelief. It's this blurring of the lines of reality that can draw people in and to most that isn't a problem. It only takes a few to start drawing thing...

I have hated every assassin's Creed since the second one and even I've been convinced by Black Flag.
Maybe it's just that I like the setting a lot more than any of the previous games or the fact that it runs and looks fantastic on PS4, who knows. All I know is I'm enjoying the franchise again because of it.
As far as I know most devices don't support it as of now. Well, most mobile phones, tablets etc. Even most PCs (without a dongle).
Also comparing the connections speeds like that is iffy, there could be a lot more people on PSN at the time of your test for example, there are more conditions you have to consider.
