Yup, a day old *rolls eyes*
Funny stuff!
I kinda disagree with number 3. I have always been able to stop a person from curbstomping my teammate by a bullet *sniper* to the head. And of course you can't stop a chainsaw... once it started, your friend is pretty much dead if he starts at the shoulder or chest. And you don't have to wait till he is done chainsawing... once you run up to him, you automatically start chainsawing the guy even if he is already chainsawing... but the animation for the guy he's chainsawing goes much quicker. ...
Seriously? And here I was planning on getting it on the PS3 cuz my favorite Tales games are on a Sony platform (Destiny 2, Legendia and Abyss)... but if it's coming out on the 360 first... I might have to dish out the cash for both =(
Strange decision none the less.
What a very shady list... some of these games are old - as said, Project Assassin's is Assassin's Creed - and I counted 34 or 35 untitled or "blah-blah simulator/rpg/action/adventure " titles. I have a list of announced games for PS3 and 360... maybe I should post that up... at least it would be a lot more accurate than this.
As sad as it may sound... Godhand was one of the few games that influenced me to get back into animation, lol. The animation and overall style of the game felt so bizarre and just spoke to me =P. Some people didn't enjoy it *coughign* but I thought this game was a blast.
Also, Disgaea is down right amazing... personally my 4th favorite game of all time.
I really hope they make one or more of the next-gen platforms. Okay... it'll probably end up being overlooked in America though but I want a Next-gen S-RPG (past Disgaea 3 and nothing like Enchanted Arms or Blue Dragon... those are considered just RPGs in my mind lol)! =)
Come on twist! It takes place in WWII, but then you find a nazi time machine and travel 100 years into the future when the dutch rule the world and russians and the rest of the world has banded together in a rebellion! Hey, that would be better than a traditional WWII game, wouldn't it? lol
Wow, I know Chun-Li's thighs are large... but it looks as if she has a tumor in her right leg, lol. Those things are massive!
Looks awesome though! Go Guile.
I really don't care that much, but I am grateful that Microsoft is still supporting the Canadian Marketplace.
Wait, PLAY says a game is amazing?! NO! *cough*Monster Madness, Lair, I-Ninja, Killer7, P.N. 03, DOAX2, Second Sight, Xyanide - 9/10*cough* (I will say Killer7 was good, but not 9 good)
Because as much as they care about sales, they're manufacturing line only cares about when they finally release the product into the wild. Hence the title "Release Date," not Sales Date. =) They can not control the retail; it's up to stores to start stacking them when they please.
Same with me =( It wasn't perfect, but there was a lot of creativity and appeal behind it... I hope Namco better learns how to use the Unreal engine and picks it back up in the future.
Hey Surreal... please work on The Suffering 3. =)This kinda reminds me of the Namco canceled, Frame City Killer... minus the super natural abilities and drugs. Animation looks alright... but driving based on that video looks rough, eh?
Damn, and here I recently purchased Ninja Gaiden Sigma =P Black was a good game... short but fun.
So what were they suppose to do with the series? Turn it into an FPS? It's a hack and slash action game... it's pretty hard to change anything other than give the game new moves, better visuals and more story. They fixed many things that bugged me in the gameplay from the last game - based on the demos - plus the devil bringer and emotional conflicts are new to the series... not to mention the 60 FPS gameplay.
I don't think they're being fair... you shouldn't judge a game compare...
Yeah, it was a disappointment... I'll take the games over the anime any day. I kinda hope they do make anime or manga that is more exciting and insures that Dante's attitude is spunkier. =P
It definitely would make sense... and I personally enjoy RTS' with a mouse and keyboard - although i'm no where close in being a fan of the genre (I did like Starcraft tho).
Are we forgetting Mana Khemia and ar Tonelico 2 (oh, it's coming)? =)
So, am I the only one who completely forgot aboot this game? Love the series, can't wait - and the box art isn't half bad =)
Wow my guess actually was right, haha. August baby! Gonna be a good 20th birthday =)Get drunk and play some Disgaea 3.
