Heck, good games are still coming out for the PS2. The 360 could maybe do the same thing if MS supports it, but they might just dump on it again like they did with the Xbox. Of course, it'll never sell as well as the PS2, but it could be around that long at least.
I think I'll need to see more of this game before I decide if I like it or not. I'm not too impressed so far, but I think there's a lot more to see.
That's the Internet for you =)
It also doesn't help that every game you play as a cop involves a cop that walks the line of morality, such as the True Crime games.
I think Police Quest was the only series to make you a normal cop.
Don't make me send a giant enemy crab to get you!
A price cut will come when the time is right. The PS3 is selling pretty well as is, and Sony does need to try to make some money out of it after all.
Also, staying on topic is generally a good idea.
Yeah, my netbook has a similar glossy black finish, and darn does it show smudges clearly.
Yeah, that Yakuza one is definitely awesome.
Personally, I'd like a metallic blue console, but I don't forsee that ever happening.
Yeah, Halo sure is still kicking strong. I'm wondering if KZ2's multiplayer is going to hold up for over a year. Only time can tell us that one. If Guerilla supports the game as well as Bungie supports Halo 3, it just might stick around for a while.
I think the reason it's more accepted than it should be is the fact that MS softened the blow by giving the extended warranty. The RROD is still quite inexcusable, but people seem to not care so much when they get free repairs. Surprisingly, I haven't had a RROD myself in the 2 years I've owned a 360. I guess I'm due...
Edit: I don't get why people are disagreeing with me. It's not like I'm defending the RROD. I'm just saying some people probably accept it because of the warra...
I feel guilty that I haven't played the game. I'll be getting it when I get a PS2 sometime. The recent price drop made me finally decide to grab one. There's too many games I've been missing out on.
Is it just me, or does spelling out the whole name of the game make it seem generic? MAG sounds cool. Massive Action Game sounds generic. Maybe it's just me.
Either way, I have high hopes for this game.
The majority of polls aren't "accurate", as you'd have to poll the entire world to be 100% "correct". At least the top games are good games.
I'm not sure why they would want to release it for the 360 only, but oh well, it's their money.
I died a little inside seeing Nintendo's numbers on some of those games, but oh well, casuals buy into that crap. At least the Pokemon games deserve their sales. I knew they sold a lot, but I didn't know they sold that many.
Somehow, I think it'll be easier to infiltrate a military base if you're disguised as a high ranking officer. There's one use already. I'm sure there's more.
Well, at least 360 owners don't have to make the choice between these 2 open world games. I don't think I could choose either if I had a PS3.
I haven't had many issues, bar a few glitches, in online co-op on Gears 2, but the competitive multiplayer is definitely a mess. I don't think I could choose a favorite if talking about co-op.
*facepalm* Way to anger your fans Capcom...
Sales do not equal quality, just as good graphics do not equal quality. It's the entire package that matters. I think any true gamer knows that. Besides, it's how much fun you personally have with the game that matters in the end.
If you actually played the game, you would know that the 10,000 counts everything, including campaign and horde. It's not just 10,000 other players.
It's still a crazy achievement, but it's a lot easier than the kills achievement in Gears 1.
