Right on. Good comment.
The common theme between reviews seems to be that all the problems are ones that can be patched. I really have to pick this up sometime.
Yup, you're right. They did have purchasable money and levels. Sad really.
Don't think that can count as DLC, though, as it's not really content. They did count the money on The Godfather, though, so I guess it'd be fair game in this site's list.
Thank you captain obvious.
I never get to play it anymore. My friends always start playing it, collapse, and go back to WoW. I'm the only person that wants to play it, and it's really not that fun without some friends.
Yeah, that was such a nice feature with Turbo HD Remix.
The respawning comes in waves, so those people are probably just darn lucky and dying at the right times.
Alyx looks like an older Zoey from L4D in that screen.
Eh, I think there's still stuff that Nintendo and MS can show, but they certainly are holding their punches at the moment.
At the moment, it definitely looks like PS3 will be on top, but I wouldn't be surprised if there were some surprise announcements.
Dreamcast had the same problem that 360 and PS3 have now. It has much lower casual appeal than its competition. Plus, I'm sure the previous console mistakes by Sega made a lot of people lose faith.
At least the market is a lot bigger now, so the 360 and PS3 can still do great while staying closer to the hardcore scene.
Ironic I see this article now, because I just got accused of cheating on Call of Duty 4 the other day, and the guy even filed a complaint on my gamertag. The funny thing is he won't even tell me what I did. Guess he's just butthurt.
On subject, I have run into the people glitching under the map in the early days of CoDWaW. Definitely a pain to see people stooping to those levels. Personally, I'll never understand why people do it, but I guess it's just because I take a lot of p...
Yup, it all comes down to which suits your tastes better. I wish everyone could think like that instead of deciding which console they hate more.
Yeah, that seems to be the case. I'm looking forward to trying the game when they fix the issues.
Yeah, people tend to forget the good when they see one thing that's bad. SE does a good job with handheld titles.
How about an Intellivision fanboy?
I think the numbers just might be right if Sony is announcing it. Not like this is VGChartz.
Of course, being objective automatically is marked as sarcasm. I hope he was being objective at least.
A million is a good milestone for any game to hit, and it has plenty of time to sell more, so I don't think there's anything to worry about. I expected better numbers personally, but hey, at least it's not selling poorly.
Consoles sold means nothing anyway. We'd have to look at profits to decide a real "winner". Numbers means nothing if you're not making any money.
Unfortunately, the Wii is proof that the power doesn't really "matter", but I think the exclusives make the PS3 well worth the money now.
Sales are important, but they don't mean much to us gamers. From our standpoint, the game was a shining success.
