I don't know what the problem is. I haven't had issues since the outage was over. I know it might have heavy traffic but I haven't had any connection issues even though traffic is heavy.

I've asked for a refund on 3 games in the past 2 months. Sony is very understanding as long as you ask for the refund within the first week. I guess there may be some sort of circumstances in which they will say "FUCK NO!" lol Keep in mind only one of the games where deemed defective was Driveclub. I only asked for a refund so I could buy Advanced Warfare.
When looking at the game conference I didn't see or hear anything about games running at 60fps.

You guys complain about the dumbest shit. As long as the game plays smoothly with very little to no FPS dips I'll enjoy it. You should be more worried about if this is a good game or if it would be crap but people are so stuck on Res and FPS that you're looking sight of that. At the end of the day, if it's a great game then it will be played. If you want to worry about FPS and shit then get a PC... problem solved.

People thought i was being a fan boy when I said it could happen to any game. This is proof. No game is bulletproof. Sometimes massive internal testing isn't enough. As we move into the world of social gaming we may see more of this across all platforms.

If you bought it Digital on PSN... call Sony Customer Support and tell them it's broken they will give you a full refund to your PSN Wallet. They are very good when people call politely and ask for a refund on games that are broken or really boring (if you do it within the first few days).

Unless it can bring Console games to PC... there is no need for this. I can see Nvidia using it to let low end PC's play high end games but unless they are bringing some sort of games that can't be played on PC to PC then it doesn't matter how much faster it is.
I don't think so. Consoles have developers that create specifically for these set of specs. I mean... devs just recently stopped making games for the PS2. Just because the specs aren't high end doesn't mean that the gen will be shortened. Developers just have to optimize the games to work with the set of specs at hand. I'm guessing 7 - 8 years before a new console and 10 minimum before they start to phase this gen out.

This is an easy answer. Microsoft has the people to bring this back up much quicker. Sony is coming back from being a totally free service and the money from PS+ is eventually going to improve the servers for both security and stability. We just need patience. The networking side of this is a bit more complex than it seems. Only reason Microsoft has the upper hand is because they started as a paid service so they have the money to continuously improve the servers.
