Im pretty sure you went overboard on trying to simplify the explanation of game engines using only 1 core and dumping overage. I mean come on now think about it, the xbox 360 has had a 3-core processor for 8 years now, and most all the newer pc games require a quad-core for optimum settings.

I know this may come as rocket surgery, but you can switch over to using a WiiU pro controller. Now slap yourself 5 times rapidly for not thinking of that yourself.
We really don't need another android device. Plus Andriod has tons of Nintendo emulators to play those last gen games free and I don't see Nintendo ever supporting that.
With a 6" screen outputting on the controller, your really not going to get a better battery life than 6-7 hours.
Now as to why the ds4 controller gets 6-7 hours life is anyone's guess.

Gotta disagree with you to some degree. WiiU does have all the CoD's, Mass Effect, Batmans, Lego misc, Darksiders, Assasin's Creed, Rayman, Madden football and a few more.
You kinda just contradicted yourself. WiiU has about 20 times more games out than the Ps4, so the more games center piece to your argument kinda went south.
You should go with games more your style or more pixels to have a valid point next time. Not too mention WiiU is BC with Wii games.
You cannot download any full pc to the shield. Neither the hardware nor the storage would allow that. For PC games, your streaming them from your Nvidia gpu equipped pc (mandatory) through wifi to your shield.
For on the go, your playing games from the android market or emulators from older systems like Super Nintendo.
I just wonder on a 5" screen if you can really see much difference on 1080p vs 720p. I really doubt it, but the numbers sound good anyway.

^that. If I wanted more performance from an NVidia card, Id just OC it to run hot like an AMD.
But competition is good. There's no doubt that with AMD in the gpu race, it's forced NVidia's hand to release their tech earlier than they would have liked, and some price drops along the way.
Not to mention the lower price AMD can deliver on has for sure benefited console gamers in ps4 and x1.
The inconvenience of pc's or that they cant plug into your tv thru hdmi are very, very dated misconceptions. For well over 15 years now, they have been plug and play. Not sure why these myths persist.
