It's up to Sony and MS to answer that. And even when they do, the games themselves with provide the complete answer. Which may take several years to fully become known.

More power doesn't always translate into a mind blowing graphical different. Here's a quote from a mobile gpu from notebookcheck that's related (but obviously not exactly the same):

and your ps4 is already 3-4 times weaker than my gaming pc, before it evens releases...in several months. 3-4 times, that's huge.

Heck you don't even need a playstation at all for Warframe. Its on steam for free several months ago for the pc. Decent game.

Gunna be a time machine like in the movie Star Trek. So Sheppard really doesn't die. And the simple mystery of sci-fi theater lives on.
This thing does offer a few features that no clone will be able to do. Like streaming graphics from your NVidia pc card for almost desktop like quality performance. Also it does have the lastest/fastest mobile chip. Unlike psvita, this thing can get anything available on the android market including the thousand's of free games.

Comfort is total preference.
Xbox one controller has wifi direct > your "vastly better" opinion of controllers.
I understand some people are on a tight budget, but your gpu is about the last area you want to go cheap on if your a gamer.
With that said, this is too low end. Save up $50 more to into the 660ti or w/e the amd equivilant is.
Or if you wanna spend $250 and get some legit future proffing, the NVidia 760 for $250 is a steal from newegg.
