I thought it was quite interesting. Slow news day - wasn't too bad. Rather that than some random fanboy comparison.
It isn't nitpicky at all. If movie bosses are going to be arrogant enough to believe they can make a captivating CGI movie as good as Pixar or Dreamworks then they have to pull it off.
Its like saying "the acting" is terrible but "don't be so nitpicky". The animation in a CGI film is the film's "acting" so essentially the acting in the film is terrible.
I like the black bars personally. Makes it nice and cinematic. Framing always helps composition - a bit like photos and their frames.

Seriously, any heat source (eg laptops on lap) over a period of time seem to increase cancer risks according to research. Sure, we can never avoid all risks but things like this definitely cant be doing any good.

10 million people dont miraculously pay for their own servers, their own technical support and new content every month. You get new updates evey month and a steady stream of new quests. They get next to nothing from disc sales so need the money to keep going.
It is a step backward getting rid of the fees and therefore a stream of new content etc. Who wants another Guild Wars? (no offense to GW - it just isnt very integrated. The game is still ahead of its time ...

In my opinion I find SOME aspects patronizing and condescending. I love the game but wanted to point out these aspects as I don't believe they have been mentioned before.

yeah I did acknowledged that they used to publish games but in-house development is a recent venture for the business.
I did ask my local store, but they are all joined together. They arnt small one-off stores, they all receive the same paper work from head office and there is no news on a 60GB Xbox 360.
