I thought the disclaimers were rather obvious and straight forward. If the implication is that they are not then that is an entirely different set of problems as Razzer points out. If the numbers do include hardware for MS, which would make sense as the numbers are then aligned more accurately to the actual financials, the entire list is bogus. Regardless, my original point that "Something isn't right" stands.

It is OFFICIAL FACTUAL DATA that is at odds with those provided by newzoo. If you have something substantive to post then please do so. Microsoft's numbers in the newzoo report don't add up. The report says it does not include revenue from hardware.

Actually, these numbers don't add up for Microsoft. How does newzoo say they have $4.4 billion in software revenue when Microsoft reports $4.5 billion across the entire gaming division?
Yeah, I think that is typical though. Casual gamers are going to go for PS4 more than Xbox One as they typically go with the market leader. So you are going to have diminishing returns at some point when console sales reach that high.
