How much did Microsoft pay to keep it away from PS4?
Ah....yeah. Nothing says "I can't think of anything to say" like a two word snarky burp of a post.
It does, but it won't. RDR2 has the end of year momentum and hype.
"They will release their console after Sony. Even if it is by a few months."
lol.....I'm sure Sony will make sure to keep Microsoft in the loop as to when they are releasing the console. Cuz apparently redesigning an entire console, manufacturing the redesigned console, and shipping the redesigned console, all just to one up the competition.....all that requires "a few months".
"It's not that hard to figure it out"...
I wouldn't be surprised if the final DLC includes a Stan Lee tribute. May be too soon to get it in the second one.
"I hate xbox games and gamepass on pc. Wish that practiced ended."
What part of that do you want to rewrite then? None of the rest of your comment modifies those sentences.
So MS would be in a better position to compete with Steam if they kept Xbox games and Game Pass off of PC? Are you serious?
And still you have nothing worthwhile to add. Just like always.
Steam box never took off because "console and PC games in your living room" doesn't work. Some PC games require keyboard and mouse. Very few people are going to want to sit on their couch and fumble around with a keyboard and mouse and Xbox One support of KBM isn't going to change that. The Steam controller was supposed to mitigate that and it failed horribly. Consoles are designed for the living room with a couch, a big TV and a controller.. I doubt very seriously Micro...
What are you talking about?
"Can’t say I’m surprised since the entire reason Microsoft entered the console market in the first place was to build synergy of Windows and console gaming closer together. "
Well they lost that vision along the way. There was absolutely no "synergy" at all between Xbox 360 and Windows. Half ass efforts like Games for Windows Live was the opposite of synergy. Steve Balmer and Peter Moore, followed by Don Mattrick, were just poor stewards of the Window...
Ninja Theory was doing much better after Hellblade. They were in trouble a while back, but restructured to stay afloat.

" you can just buy up anything, anytime! "
No.....you can't. It has to be for sale first or at least interested in being purchased. In Obsidian's case, they said it themselves that they were about to go under. Being bought out was a no brainer. But you act like it was just a matter of having the cash. Yeah....go ask Vivendi how that worked out for them when they tried to conduct a hostile take over of Ubisoft.
To each their own I guess. New Vegas wouldn't make it in my top 10. KOTOR 2 was just a mess. Obsidian seemed to find their niche with the tabletop RPG Pillars of Eternity. It isn't quite Divinity, but it is a pretty good game.
It is currently number 10 on the PC best seller list. Seems like this would have been addressed by now if it were a mistake.

Not even up to Bethesda. They are owned by Zenimax Media. And yeah, I doubt very seriously they would sell Bethesda.
" 2 of the geatest western RPGs ever in New Vegas Fallout and KOTOR2"
lol....oh please. Not even close.
Really? So you've read their policies? At least not as much? So where do they draw the line?
You already know the answer. You are just trolling, dude.
Skull521's definition of GOTY is anything but a PS4 exclusive. Entirely because Xbox doesn't even have anything on the list.
