Nope. The PS1 game has 2 PlayStation oriented sites out of 19. Scanning the sites, there are less than 10 PS oriented review sites for the PS4 game now with 106 reviews. As a percentage, you are wrong.
The article is making the "highest rated" claim based on score and number of reviews.

Still, you see this type of thing a lot in open world games. It isn’t game breaking so it is acceptable to me. Same for Unity and Andromeda.
Yeah, but there have been multiplat Spidey games in the past and I'm fairly certain this game will outsell all of them. I wonder if Marvel went to Sony because they had been burned by Activision's less than stellar Spider-man games over the years. When it comes to AAA action/adventure games, Sony is the best there is, imo.
Legit complaints from someone who is actually playing the game. Bravo. I'm still working on some of the fighting aspects. There is a lot of timing in the attacks that you have to figure out.
