It doesn't matter. VERY few developers are going to put much investment in making games for phones no matter how powerful they are simply because they're called phones. I find maybe 3 games in total that kind of does my $600 phone's power justice, and they're still bad games by handheld standards. I'm not even complaining about the controls (I adapt quickly) but about how they always feel like generic knockoffs of more popular games.
I wouldn't mind a glass screen. I'm too afraid to even wipe it with a microfiber cloth. Even dust can leave scratches on plastic.
So what? It's not like the console CoD players are gonna give a toss anyway.
And turn it into little more than a piggy back device for the PS4? No thanks. Sony needs to focus on getting people to get the Vita for the Vita, not the PS4.
Its actually what I'm afraid off. It seems to me like Sony is shifting the focus onto making the Vita more of a piggy-back device for the PS4.
YES! Full F1 440 steering lock! I can't think of any other game that has properly depicted proper amount of steering lock before except Live for Speed.
If a mobile game can offer the same experience of the console versions you can bet that I'd prefer the mobile version. You can deny the appeal of the immediacy of having the action right in front of your face, in addition to of course the fact that you can play anywhere.
No it's not free. Your "ownershup" is tied with a subscription. It's essentially a rental.
Not saying Hitman Absolution's a bad game but, IGN isn't really taken seriously around here.
well to be fair a lot of ppl also bought GTALS for reasons other than the fact that its fun.
Voice chat without the need to be in a party?
If that's the case then I'd be really happy.
If you say it needs more gems, why should they port this to PSN and have the Vita loose a gem?
Hud elements can be customized.
MOH on PSP had 32 player online games.
For sure.
I actually prefer handheld gaming to TV gaming. Something about the immediacy of having the action right in front of your face appeals to me.
If the Vita is the more expensive of gaming handhelds standards need to go up. The capabilities for this device is leagues ahead of other gaming handhelds and shouldn't even be compared to them. KZM proves that the Vita has what it takes. It's just that some developers couldn't be bothered to put in the effort because of the "it's just a handheld" mentality.
I would've been happy with a "singleplayer" more like BF1942/BF2 which was basically offline bot practice.
and it STILL doesn't matter because the tablets share literally the same market (app/play store)
