I have cleaned the lens and my discs are in mint condition. The PS4 often makes a weird disc sound and whenever it makes that sound it won't read discs for a couple hours.
Just out of curiosity, has anyone had problems with the PS4 reading the game disc? I've cleaned the lense but I still have a major problem with the console reading the disc. It works fine until I put in a different game.
Well, I got my first 360 in late 2008 (after the RROD was resolved) and I've been through 17 I believe. Never had RROD but I got the unable to read disc error on 15 of them & at one point I bought a new one and got back one from Microsoft support & they broke because Microsoft tested a faulty background update on a small minority of users, & it bricked both consoles. I haven't had any problems with PSN since Xmas 2014. I had two xbox 360's that were both completely bricked when Microsoft tested a background update on a minority of users.
Two of these are really high profile & anticipated indies. Plus games have sucked the last few months but these games look really cool.
Just last night my son was complaining about how they quit doing the vote to play. This is awesome news. I have been really looking forward to broforce and Assault Action Cactus. My vote will go for Cactus. Are they both cross buy with Vita?
I enjoyed Gravity Rush on Vita but ended up giving up on it because saving the game was such a chore.
I just want more matchmaking, more generous loot being dropped, and a good horde mode.

I think there is actually far less going on in GW2. Without boss mode and without stepping on a million potato mines and traps the chompers would throw down I now usually know how I die which is a major improvement on one of the biggest flaws in the original.
I haven't really played the hub world but watched my son roam through it some. I think in the beta it's pretty much just raising the flag. But the beta is still great. Gardens and Graveyards and apparently another mode that rotates (I've seen Vanquish Confirmed and Gnome bomb).
This game looks repetitive and boring. But if they can put some Minecraft in it there is a ton of potential. If there are aliens and ruins/buildings and aliens to shoot in VR then I'm in.
Huge improvement. They have improved every aspect of the game. They do need to make some of the gardens/graveyards easier to get though. Some are nearly impossible. They are too small and you cant sneak around to get to them. I'm really happy they got rid of boss mode, but there is still a bit too much going on. Just changing the modes from 12v12 to 10v10 would really help. Great game though.

My two favorite game series are releasing games this year (Ratchet and Gears of War). With those two, Garden Warfare 2, Rigs, and VR I have never had so much to look forward to in a single year. But best exclusives in 2016 is definitely PS4. I said the same thing a year ago too lol but then Ratchet and Uncharted 4 were delayed.

Why is that shifty? Were you told that you would get the game free if it came to PS4? And these games are improved versions of the PS2 versions. No way the devs would allow them to be given away. It would be like expecting to get Jurassic Park free on Bluray 3D because you bought it on VHS.
I sound worse then him? He was neurotic and wanted everything perfect.I just wanted game discs to work. I have never had a 360 for more than 3 months without the unable to read discs error. It will read dvds and cds but the console won't spin the game discs fast enough to read. I'm not crazy. I've had a lot of problems w my ps4 but never sent it in for a repair (and I have extended warranty).
