Super Stardust Ultra VR was not only a day one purchase for me, but possibly my most anticipated VR game. Awesome it's going to be free for me.
I'm a huge Gears fan, but I didn't enjoy the beta and if there is no Overrun mode then I'm not very interested.
1 Up Your Arsenal (my all time favorite game)
2 Going Commando
3 Ratchet 1 (hasn't aged well with its lack of straffing)
4 A Crack in Time
5 Tools of Destruction
6 Into the Nexus
7 Ratchet reboot (would have been much better with a battle arena)
8 Deadlocked
All of the above games were awesome. The ones below sucked.
9 Quest for Booty
10 All For One
11 Full Frontal Assault
...
Titanfall 2 should absolutely be delayed. It can't compete with the hype of PS VR, PS Neo, Gears of War 4, Forza, Battlefield, and CoD.
I loved Saints Row 4 and I hope the next one is even more over the top.
Well obviously it would have been a douche movie if they only sold the $500 model. They announced this as $400, but it is not $400. If XB1 announced The XB1 as $400 but it wouldnt even work without purchasing a Kinect I'm sure you would all say it was misleading. Take off your fanboy hats and use your brain. This should have been announced as $500 because the $400 dollar model doesn't work.
It blows my mind that people argue that this isn't misleading. They announced it at $400, yet the $400 version doesn't even work without added accessories that the vast majority of PS4 owners don't currently own. I pre-ordered mine day 1 and I'm a Sony fan, but it is somewhat of a douche move on Sony's part.
@antnee
Rayman Legends is FAR better than Origins. Legends was the best platformer since Ratchet Up Your Arsenal imo.
Yeah, how dare they give away the maps without charging.
Gamers are the cheapest and whiniest people on the planet. They are giving the maps away for free and everyone is still complaining.
So do you get the post launch modes in the season pass, or are they coming free?
My favorite game this gen. As a matter of fact, if they added a bit more MP, new game plus, and a battle arena like Ratchet games it would have made my top 5 list all time. It was the most original & innovative game I've probably ever played.
Sunset Overdrive is one of the most innovative & original games I've ever played. It was absolutely nothing like Infamous. Only people who haven't played SO take this comparison. If you are going to compare it to anything it would definitely be Ratchet & clank.
Gets annoying that EVERY Sony game gets delayed. Went to purchase Alienation yesterday and I had no idea it was delayed by a week. A week isn't a long time, but it has been delayed repeatedly. Ratchet was delayed by over a year. How many delays did Uncharted 4 have? What happened to The Tomorrow Children and Drawn to Death? And people are going to keep with the generic, "its actually good they delayed this. More development time is good." But you know what would be bette...
These games have been on Now for a while. And some of them really aren't "games" anyway.
Gamers are the cheapest and whiniest group of people on the planet. This is good for consumers. But people, especially gamers, ALWAYS hate new products because they are afraid they are going to have to spend money on them.
No battle arena was a MAJOR flaw for me. The battle arena provided so much replay value and strategy.
I spent over 100 hours in the battle arena alone in Ratchet 3. This game apparently has no arena. I heard it unlocks after you beat the game but I sure havent seen it.
I'm a huge Ratchet fan, but the new Ratchet only took me about 6.5 hours to complete on hard. And probably 2 hours of those were on puzzles. And lets not forget about the Order or Until Dawn.
Yeah, its shocking that it's free. There's more new stuff than Super Stardust Ultra had and that one was full price even if you owned Super Stardust.
