So none of the PSVR launch games will be improved with Pro. I thought they all would.
If Sony doesn't stop emphasizing half-assed 4K that appeals to very few and doesn't start emphasizing 1080P, 60FPS and improved VR I'm inclined to believe it's pretty pointless.
I really wish Insomniac would stick to Ratchet and Sunset Overdrive. Game looks good and all, but it can't be as good as those games.
XB does not have better UI, controller, or VR. What VR on XB are you talking about?
Article skipped Drive Club VR which I think will be big. PS4 has killed XB1 so far this year in exclusives. It's not even close. And it would be stupid for Sony to release big games this fall that will get overshadowed by the AAA games releasing this fall and with VR and Pro.
I (and probably 95% of people) would much rather the Pro focus on 1080P/60FPS and improved VR.
Wasn't practically everyone saying it would be $399 but with a UHD drive? I'm not at all understanding why people are making such a big deal about how well it's priced.
A big part of the reason bluray sales are declining is because of UHD. People are now waiting until they get a 4K tv to buy movies in 4K. I mean, obviously bluray sales are going to decline when the newer tech comes out.
Sony needs to immediately stop focusing on the 4K aspects of this console. Not only does the 4K appeal to few people, it just makes people focus on the lack of a UHD player. Sony needs to focus on 1080P, 60FPS games with other graphical improvements and on improved VR.
Conference was terrible. Instead of focusing on Pro playing games in 1080P and 60FPS and improved VR they focused on 4K which only about 1% of people care about. And to make matters worse it doesn't even include a UHD Bluray drive so I can't even imagine those 1% caring.
I don't get all these people trashing those who admit this was a disappointing showing. Nothing wrong in admitting the conference was a letdown. Everyone thought they would announce at least a little more and everyone thought the Pro would have a 4k Bluray player.
I just want Pro to play 1080P 60FPS games and improved VR games but they didn't even mention any of that. So is this mostly just for people with a 4K tv? Also, anyone happen to know if the Pro still has an audio out port? They got rid of it on slim.

There's no optical audio port on the PS4 slim??? There better be one for the Neo. I was definitely going to get Neo day one, but won't if this is true.
It better release same day as Neo or before. It's going to piss me off if I have to reinstall everything a month later when the Neo releases.
