Absolutely. I already preordered. Gonna have a PS4 and Wii U this gen with a side of PC.
No Kinect. Won't be until they are ready for a price drop though.
Nothing for PS3, maybe a price drop. I want Vita and PS4 info, I need to stop getting PS3 games because I have a huge backlog, they can't announce any damn more! I still need Puppeteer, Beyond, and Ratchet.
To be honest, they said the same thing about everything they turned their back on... I would definitely pick up and Xbox One without Kinect! I really wouldn't use it and would rather spend that money on some games for the system.
I was reading this and thinking "Wait, the 360 couldn't do this before?"...I have a 360, I just never had anyone else use it, nor did I pay for Gold, so I didn't really know... At least they get to experience sharing with other people after a full generation.
Hahaha and what makes you think any of your games are going to be "good"? Wait til you have a hands on before you make judgement on anything. I personally don't see ANYTHING exclusive in the One's launch lineup worth getting, doesn't mean they don't have good launch exclusives for someone else.
Not necessarily. They have spent that money on creating a bunch of Kinect stuff, a few decent exclusives, and paying off third parties to make things timed exclusive. I don't want to see that in my industry, so I'll be voting for Sony with my wallet this holiday. Day one.
I rarely watch tv, and I'm not a fan of waving my arms around as a control mechanism. I also feel odd talking to an inanimate object, so I wouldn't really use Kinect. The fact that Kinect boosts the price up by $100 makes the price too high for me. Don't get me wrong, I could afford all three systems, but I don't care for the policies Microsoft has put forth, for all I know they can re implement them. I've already preordered my PS4, I'm a gamer, so that is what I'm...
Why is this even an article?
I just read that the headset is NOT included (which is what was known to be true prior to this article). The name of this headline should be changed.
Says the company with the weaker console...
Halo? LOLOLOLOL Okay, if you say so... but no Uncharted?
Lol it has to be satire.
Honestly, I have both devices and would say that you can go with either one! If you were to ask my opinion, I would have to go with the PlayStation Vita. I really feel like I have an actual console in the palm of my hands. Normally when I'm home, I put down whatever handheld I've been playing (whether it was my 3DS, Gameboy, PSP, SP, etc.)and start playing my home console. Now, there is a fifty percent chance of me picking up my Vita or 50 percent chance of playing my PS3, Wii, or 360...
PS4 is a definite for me. The New Xbox has to have everything the PS4 has, games I'm really interested in (of which the 360 didn't have many for me), and an extremely low price before I buy one. I am not a fanboy of any specific console manufacturer, I actually played my original Xbox just as much (maybe even more) as my PS2. This past generation has been completely different. I bought the 360 for 200 bucks and played 4 games on it. I just don't know if it's worth the investm...
Day 1.
I just beat Persona 4 The Golden on my Vita and I would love to see more RPGs like that on the system. The Vita is the most capable handheld yet (and I've had most of them). I hope you're right and they are able to show some awesome Vita stuff with a Price drop and the inclusion of at least a 4GB Memory card in all models.
I think they would do well to drop the price and include a memory card in every bundle. Playing Persona 4 Golden now and it is friggin awesome. The system is well worth it's price even now in my opinion, but if they want to sell more, the price needs to drop.
Vita is a hardcore gamer's platform. They would do well to bring it over.
I already paid off my preorder. The beta was awesome. I'm a huge Killzone fan and am 100% positive that this game won't disappoint.
