Agreed. I want to play it, but not that into Multiplayer games. If they even had a basic campaign, I'd be quite happy with that.
But if Cortana works through smartphone mics, I don't think that would be an issue.
I think you're right about the selling point, though.
Although I don't think Cortana alone would be a Kinect seller, especially when the Xbox One already offers voice functionality.
No DTS audio support is a big downer for me. I much prefer DTS and have 3TB of movies encoded that way, so most films are a no-no from the start. All my TV shows work fine, though.
The support is not "native". If it was, every title would be playable on day one. As it is, it looks like each title has to be formatted to run through the emulator. Even the original Kinect doesn't work.
Kudos to Microsoft for going down this road, as it will help with the transition, but I agree with Sony on this one. I remember when they pulled the Emotion Engine out of the phat PS3. There was a minor uproar but truthfully, the majority of PS3 owners couldn...
If Sony wants to blow Microsoft and Nintendo out of the water at E3, all they have to do is release this at the end of their presentation.
With the amount of new Playstation owners this Gen, plus all of the people who would gladly replay the whole trilogy in 1080p and 60fps, they would have an instant hit.
Worst possible time. Trying to redeem a $50 card to buy The Witcher.
Yeah, just tried it again and still allowing me to download it.
No, he says "you can skin up right from the start". Doesn't say anything about completing the game first.
And yet, I was able to download it again last night. (I live in the UK)
A name like that and you still can't see properly?
Surely No.5 deserves a mention?

The simple truth is that if Sony can cut the price, they should. They don't make much profit from the hardware itself and will reap the benefits of increased sales of games, PS+ and also PS Now.
Instead of "No Game" it could be "Game On"
He lost me at "Unchartered".
I'm a PS4 owner and even I can see this game looks like good fun. The reviews don't (usually) lie.
So, following on from that logic, people should never see a movie they haven't seen before? Or eat food they haven't eaten before?
Ridiculous point of view.
Bravo to you mate. It's about time someone on here said this. So you have to download a patch to play a game? Boo-friggin-hoo. Chances are the patch will download in the background anyway.
Gamers these days seem so entitled. The reason some games a few years ago shipped without bugs/errors is because games were easier to produce. The fact that Assassins Creed can manage to get a few thousand NPCs on screen, along with an entire PLAYABLE map of Paris is, quite frankly, astonishing....
That's fair enough, but at the end of the day, we buy the game to play it. As far as I have read, there aren't any real "game breaking glitches", only stuttering frame rates and graphical glitches.
I've heard enough about the technical issues from numerous websites. I now want to hear how the game plays and what the story is like, because that is what keeps me coming back to Assassin's Creed.
Isn't 20GB a ridiculous patch size?
Couldn't watch it. With the constant changing between characters, you had no clue as to what was going on.
Also, for co-op missions, couldn't the developers at least synced the environmental conditions? The lighting is different in each game.
Mine worked fine. I was able to start the game at 12.01am. Everything had downloaded and installed as it should.
