I am sure the game is ok, and that the technical issues are not horrible but any self respecting PS3 owner should think twice about supporting valve especially after what Gabe Newell said:

While I am sure you don't own a PS3 anyway, this comment of yours has one of two explanations, A) you have poor reading comprehension or just didn't take the time to click the actual link to the story and thus ended up revealing that you are truly an A$$, or B) in your attempt to detract from anything Sony related you didn't click the link to read that whole story and ended up looking like an A$$.

A lot of you need to learn some reading comprehension, or just to read period. I have seen stupid comments like macsto's and questions about the release date for the online portion which is clearly stated in the actual article, two problems that could have been avoided just by reading the entire article.

I'm not getting it just mainly based on Valve's comments about the PS3, that's just bad business practices. Not to mention they seem to be giving PS3 owners a dumb down version, I'm sticking with Epic.

I have to disagree, post processing is an artistic choice, and if they allowed you to turn it off then it would undermine the mood or tone they are trying to set for the scene.
If you buy a painting, you don't add trees or extra detail because you think it will look better, you just don't buy the painting. Or better yet, if you buy a CD, or download a song you don't ask the artist to give you the option of turning off the drums or the guitar in the song, that would be ridiculo...
Though in the stills, the PS3 looks better than the 360, there are many questions to ask such as what time of the day were they both taken, it looks like the 360 version has some dust being kicked up that could account for the less sharp look, and is it the same area.
The video is of such poor quality that I don't think you can tell much from looking at it.
Though I do not like the 360 in the least, I don't think this comparison does justice to either console.

I would be too if were looking forward to Mass Effect and it turned out to be the choppy crap it is, or that UT3 is coming to the PS3 months in advance with DL content and Halo 3 didn't live up to expectation.

It astonishes me that the KZ2 haters still use the lack of color argument when trying to detract from this game. The controlled use of resources is prefered to just including things because you can. Color is nice if thats what your going for, but real life isn't like that (think CoD4).

If gamers, who are the main consumers of video game scores don't stand up and demand fair and balanced content from these so called professional sources.

Though it wasn't my site of choice, it is never good when someone gets fired for doing their job.
I hope this incident leads to a broad rethinking of issues such as conflict of interest and corporate control, because the review and opinion section of the video game industry has been on a downward spiral for some time.
If a game is good, it should be able to demonstrate that without help from the people who made it.
