Yea I guess when you work on a site filled with other console gamers, there's no one there telling you that your'e doing it wrong when it comes to PC gaming.
This guy doesnt even know what he is talking about. He claims that the PC version used DX10 and 11. And yes, everything from the redesigned controls to all the Enhanced edition content will release on the PC version for free.
Yea, it has literally taken them a year to port and make the xbox version. Just imagine how much longer it would take for a ps3 version.
Yes, but Crytek themselves said in interviews that they are labeling Crysis 2 as a reboot. (specifically an interview on xplay)
It does not mean I agree with them, jesus christ people. Look it up.
Crysis 2 was considered a "reboot" by Crytek.
So yea, when the company that developers the game goes under and it's been many years since the last release of the series, then a third can be considered a reboot.
Do you know how expensive that would be?
GTX 570 is over $300!!!(and any other GPU in it's performance range) Add in an i7 and 4gb and that's crazy talk!
Yea the game feels like a really solid port.
kb/m controls feel really good and it's an easy game to max out.
Alright cool, I'll keep an eye at for them.
Is there any estimated release time for these cards?
It's sort of an awkward time to upgrade, and if they are coming out soon I might as well wait.
I believe the developers released a free version of their game.

you don't get any High Def graphics or the ability to use mods with the free version, but you can still give it a try and maybe pick up the full version on steam.
The PC patch literally gives me like 13 more frames in the cities then I usually do. (which is a lot.)
Awesome patch, hope it fixes the frame rate issues on the console too.
No, the game does NOT look better then the PC version in "some" areas. CDP even said it's equivalent to the PC version on medium/low without the eye candy.
Have you even played the PC version?? Or even the Xbox version??? I doubt it.
These screen shots right here look pretty good at best, and in no areas better then the PC version (coming from someone that actually owns and has played TW2 with all graphics settings up.)
I never said piracy was not an issue on PC, because it is a huge one. But to assume that we are all pirates is just crazy. The PC gaming crowd is also much smaller then the console gaming crowd, so sales will always be lower, but that doesn't mean there wont be a profit from a pc game.
In fact, digital copies make much more money then there console boxed counterparts, so you don't even need to sell as much as the console version to make a profit.
I don't really play indie games though......
What the...I don't even.......
I'm pretty sure it's the other way around.
Number of games I have bought.
Steam: 118
PS3: 4
We're so hypocritical /s
That's why I do it with a controller.....and a big TV.
It's called having options buddy.
I played this for the first time last night.
Best 50 minutes of my life.
This isn't CoD.
We don't need ADS or co-op in this game.
@Bigpappy
All CD Projekt games get renamed "Enhanced Edition" after a while. It's nothing really that special.
