I think it's crazy if you actually believe Sony will let Valve basically take over their platform.

Yea, I was in the beta of Tera and the actually fighting mechanics are very awesome and new to MMO games, BUT the actual gameplay is just way too grindy. If you like quests that are like "go kill x amount of monsters" then you will like Tera, because that is literally every one.
But if you want a better questing system MMO then go with Guild Wars 2 because they have totally gotten rid of quests like that and replaced it with a real time system that looks awesome.
Honestly I think they would make a PS3 version if they could, but there are 2000 person battles in this game, and I don't think they were able to pull it off on the current generation of consoles.
It's not that I don't trust any other companies or anything, but for me it's sort of too late to start using other digital distributors. I have over 100 games on steam and I would like for the rest of them to be neatly stored away in my steam library. I tend to forget when I buy games from other websites.
This game is going to be brilliant.
