But the only way I'd be blown away is if all three platforms announce they will drop the price of games to $49.99 USD. Gaming as a habit is getting expensive.
The bigger reason is money. Why give you the option for free when they can suck you dry in the long run?
getting all jumpy during the church play through in Half Life 2. That's what I'm talking about.
I feel like journalists complain about things just for the sake of complaining. Hard to find honesty anymore.
I always make it a point to stab the highest ranking opponent. Or the one that pisses me off the most, whichever comes first.
This is Microsoft's way of doing business, been this way for decades. I bought the MW2 bundle and found out I had to purchase a transfer kit separately. MS doesn't care for me as a gamer, only wants more money. In other words, instead of giving you a complete package, they split it up so they can make more money with the illusion of giving you 'options'.
was always geared more for players that relished 'teamwork' more than 'kill count'. For me it's just more rewarding, even if the stupid little plant is stopping me FROM RUNNING FOR COVER FROM A MORTAR STRIKE! YOU GOT TO BE F-ING KIDDING ME! And yet I still jump back on every chance I get, because I find it so enjoyable to curse at my teammates even if they can't hear me. Which is why they only allow squads to talk to each other.
There isn't enough excuses to justify picking one up aside from my MW2 360 dieing. Hopefully not because that b!tch was an expensive disappointment. Knowing MS though, they'll come up with a good excuse for me.
Compare products when they're finished, not before.
Talk about total denial. It would be the same as, "Apparently, fire burns."
not enough details. I believe it when I see it.
That wasn't very exciting.
I'm currently obsessing over Battlefield Bad Company 2.
my wallet went into hiding...
Delta Force (PC) is THE game that addicted me to FPS games. Would be nice to play such a familiar title again!
to what matters the most: games.
It's sad really. While I agree that graphics will not tell you how much fun a game is, it does speak volumes on how they are charging you full price for a product that should be HD. Like who would spend big $$$ for an HDTV only to watch SD programing? If it's not the amount of space a DVD can provide, then what is it? I would like to know.
It has to do a lot with the release of Natal.
Thanks for helping me prove my point. Yes, all businesses are in it for the money, but if you followed MS from way back before they did hardware, they are ALL about the money. Everything else doesn't matter, not even quality. But only a small percentage here knows that. So, no I'm not a fanboy and my head isn't up my arse, I was just already gaming when Windows came on the scene. Notice I said 'Windows' and not 'XBOX'.
