Oh man, I just went there to see if it was the real deal and within one second I noticed he was playing as kid Drake with younger Sully helping him escape baddies. That's a spoiler, but they've only been playing for half an hour so it isn't too bad.
These were so tacked on that they actually interrupted the flow of the game. I found that quite sad cause playing as Catwoman, tho weaker than Batman, was a blast because of her speed. Shame she didn't get put to better use.
This. Couldn't agree more. In both Asylum and City I nearly groan each time I have to do a Predator sequence. Also gun enemies in both games are just too overpowered.
Hell to the yes. Uncharted has never been about multiplayer, it's always been about blurring the lines between cinema and games and making it a great experience in the process. I don't blame ND for adding MP to try and add value, but it is an unneeded attachment.
Yeah, that has always been my only complaint about an otherwise flawless series, is that when the games ramp up difficulty it comes off more annoying than challenging. I swear I died on my first run in with Lt. Draza a good 20 times before I realized I was suppose to melee him repeatedly after shooting him a bit.
I think they should if only to try and encourage publishers to stop with the fucking online passes. Instead of feeling pride I'm finding myself feeling shame whenever I buy a new game now cause I'm supporting this corporate bullshit in the process.
It really annoys me that every single Yakuza article is plagued by cries for Shenmue to continue, it is a real discredit to the Yakuza series which is a good series which deserves to keep going (tho they do need to change the formula a bit for future games...)
Yeah, Yakuza 2 is the best in the series. I kinda disagree with 4 being called one of the best in terms of gameplay, the whole switching between completely different styles via multiple characters did more harm than good... especially when one of those was Tanimura... shit his fighting mechanic... HOWEVER Akiyama was bloody awesome to play as, so I guess it balances out in a way.
Also, everyone always says 3 is the worst story... I actually found it to be one of the better o...
The Yakuza games are better. People have way too much nostalgia for the Shenmue games, so much so many refuse to accept the Yakuza series as the successor it truly is.
You level up crazy fast in this game. I've played for a bout 4-5 hours so far and I'm already level 13, keep in mind I also suck, so if you're a good player you'll be to the level cap in no time.
This article is worthless. Japan game prices have ALWAYS been highter than other areas of the world. It isn't the matter of 500 yen = 5 dollars. If it was then a typical PS3 game would cost 6,000 yen in Japan cause they cost $60 here, but no, they actually cost 7,800 yen. The only time yen/dollar is generally equal is in regards to hardware like handhelds and consoles, not games.
Yep. It would appear that you'll be able to attach guns of all sorts to your chainsaw to extend the combat beyond simple chainsaw, pom-pom and acrobat combos.
This actually isn't the beta (even if it is labeled as such on the XMB), the beta was back some months ago. This is the full final MP (excluding co-op), tho ND still is tweaking it a bit based on feedback.
So, are they gonna overcharge for Malicious despite how cheap it is on the Japanese PSN?

I laugh at all the fools who think a FF7 remake would be the holy grail that solves all of S-E's problems. Seriously, c'mooon.

They're not getting rid of boss fights, they're not just making them annoying.

This site knows that both of these games have actually been available for weeks now, right?

As well as this entire DLC chapter was ripped from the game.
You're taking this too seriously.

I'm throwing my bet in for $49.99 for Vita games.

Oh, N4G users. Disagreeing with facts. XD
