I experienced the Guitar Hero Eyes thing for the first time after watching a justin.tv stream of Bit.trip Runner. Everyone in the chatroom and the broadcasters themselves experienced it at the same time once he quit playing the game. We all dubbed it "Bit.trip wooah!"
It was quite wild.
From the look of these shots it looks like melee may be the bulk with firearms being scarce and something you only get to use sometimes or towards the end of the game, similar to Dead Island. I welcome that as shooting was the bulk of the Uncharted games, it'll be interesting to see how Naughty Dog handles a different combat system.
Just please please please let it be tons better than Uncharted 3's... the melee system in that game was crap.
The gameplay and graphics were not a problem, it was the story. The entire story just fell through, it was a jumbled mess.
While I am anticipating the Last of Us, Uncharted 3 disappointed me and by only getting half of the effort is probably why. That has me overwhelmingly worried about the Last of Us.
Please, Naughty Dog, reunite your forces again. We don't mind waiting years to get another title from you cause we know it'll be excellent if you all work together.
Who's the bottom bun?
Quite happy NeverDead got a good score, I really want that baby to be good.
Play Shadows of the DAMNED.
That is all.
You're wrong, so wrong.
Shadows of the DAMNED was my favorite game for 2011. It was time we got a truly FUN and FRESH game. I consider it right there next to Portal 2 as best of 2011.
I still can't believe there's idiots out there who think this means come 2016 the PS3 would be discontinued and the PS4 released.
That is NOT what a life cycle is.
Sony said the same thing about the PS2, but the PS3 still came out in 2006 and Sony is still selling the PS2. The PS3 will still be being sold when the PS4 comes out, and will continue to be sold years after.
This is a thing...?
Well... you gotta start somewhere.
Nice attention/hit grabbing image, using an illustration from a Tifa hentai game, lol.
How long will this be, I wonder? It took them 5 years to finally show us some gameplay, and even then it was very little.
You're counting the singleplayer and co-op as one thing. This article is saying there's no reason to replay the singleplayer or co-op more than once. Sadly, that's one of the problems with puzzle games. As great as they are the point of such games are figuring out what to do... once you've done that that's... pretty much it.
Would you re-do the exact same crossword puzzle you just solved again? No, because you already have the answers.
Tha...
This is a bullshit argument because Naughty Dog always strives to one-up themselves, that is one of their top drives. They didn't DECIDE to make this not "bigger and better" than the previous games, they merely failed doing so. Being a huge Uncharted and Naughty Dog fan I was quite upset that UC3 failed to live up to expectations, but I love Naughty Dog and the games too much to keep letting it rain on my parade. All I can do is hope UC4 is better.
Shit, I missed it! I told myself I would earn the trophy without cheating, so I guess I'll be waiting another year.
He's a Chinese Jet pilot, ya'know.
Naughty Dog's advertising campaign for Uncharted 3 has basically taught me not to watch any trailers beyond the reveal trailer for the Last of Us if I don't want things spoiled. Seriously, they pretty much spoiled the majority of UC3's campaign with their trailers.
They completely murdered the balance of cinematic and video game that the first two games achieved. The story was filled with plot holes and didn't really go anywhere and felt like it was simply filler for the set pieces. It is flabbergasting that Amy Hennig wrote this.
RDR was a fantastic game, my 2010 GOTY, and was one of the few games that made me actually want to play its multiplayer. Sadly tho, I can't say I had much fun in it.
Because a game can't have trailers till right around their release date, amirite?
Besides, I don't know where you get November from. Game's releasing late Spring/early Summer.
