Honestly, I'm finding myself disliking games that give you the option of changing the main characters gender than enjoying it. Use to I had no problems with it, I thought it was great and an option every game should have. But seeing all the heat filled debates, flaming and loyalists over which gender is canon going on over Shepard just had made me feel sour about the whole damn thing.
Maybe game developers should just pick a gender for their main character and stick with ...
Physically in Japan, PSN/XBLA only in the US. Tho knowing Capcom's tendency to re-release things they'll probably put them out as a physical disk in the states eventually.

I originally had one in layaway but had to cancel it. I am so so happy I did. I was only getting it for two reasons.
1) Megaman Legends 3.
2) Cause I missed out on the entire DS library.
Well, MML3 is sadly canceled (fuck you, Capcom) and really... there's nothing coming out that I want on the platform, so the only reason to get it for me over a cheap DS would be cause it is future proof... but at the rate sales and reception are going for the 3DS...
I agree, the stealth parts were my least favorite aspect of Arkham Asylum. They weren't bad by any means, and they did a goodjob making Batman into a predator. But the combat system was so good that it was odd that it often took a back-seat to the stealth.
Hopefully Arkham City loosens a bit on the stealth, but still offer it as an extensive option for the players who like to stealth. Basically giving you the option on how to handle the situation, stealth or balls-out bra...
What I don't get is, a number of the Uncharted voice actors (who also did the mo-cap) look like their characters and are actually actors outside of voice. Why not use them? Do they actually not want to do it, or do studios wanna go for more star power?
I don't go for easy platinums, I like to take pride in my platinum collection. The only time I go for an easy platinum is if the game is actually really good or fun. For example, the Sly Cooper games are easy platinums but they're also good games, so I don't feel bad for having those. But from the sounds of it, this Captain America game is just Batman: Arkham Asylum reskinned. In which case the gameplay is probably good, but with Arkham City coming out in a few months I rather not...

Already own GoW Collection, bought GoWIII after beating it as a rental, rented and beaten CoO, and bought and beat GoS which I traded in. I fully intend to buy the PSP Collection simply cause those were probably the best games on the PSP and they'll be glorious on an actual console... but I can't bring myself to buy this whole set when I already own over half of it.
Also, I doubt this set will be budget price.
Why is this game being made? Furthermore, why is Family Guy popular?
I've been wanting to get that figure so damn bad, but importing from Japan has just gotten so damn expensive, and its price on Amazon doesn't seem much cheaper. Hopefully Nate here is affordable.
I don't see how, when the Wii-U isn't any more powerful than the PS3/360. Nintendo is merely playing catch-up by finally bringing an HD console to market. Only reason Sony and Microsoft would move ahead as a result of the Wii-U would be so they could continually point and laugh "Haha, you're last gen." at Nintendo, but that is an entirely illogical assumption for them to kick start a whole new console generation.
If they truly do start a next-gen sooner ...

I swear, Grasshopper and Suda are the main reason I'm not totally bummed out with the direction the game industry is going.
How many people honestly believe that game designers who work for a specific platform don't actually own the competitors platform and plays their exclusives? These people are gamers and they're grown up, they don't have these console war fanboyism that the people who play their games often do.
Yakuza 3 should be on that list somewhere. A beat-em-up that for the first 10 hours consisted of you babysitting the kids at your orphanage. Thankfully I played the two games before it and knew how awesome the game would be in the long run.
