Kefka, Sephiroth, Dycedarg, and Ardyn are the best villains with the best motivations.

It's the most logical just based off of major events in the original. Midgar, Aerith's death, North Crater, Meteor being summoned, Cloud regaining his true memories, Midgar invasion, end game. It's literally broken up in 3 segments on the FF wiki.
It'll be split into 3 parts. 4 if they decide to let us play Advent Children Complete/Dirge of Cerberus to wrap up Cloud's/Vincent's character development. Midgar for the first part. 2nd part is the Pursuit of Sephiroth, ending with Aerith's death. Start Part 3 at the Northen Cave with Meteor being summoned, Cloud and the user finding the TRUE Cloud, ending with Meteor Fall and the game ending. It'll go by as usual. FFXVI won't even begin development until Part is at least finished. SE already said they're treating this as the next mainline series. It has their full attention. Part 2 is already in planning stages. Excited to see more of their original draft ideas make into the final releases.
As a Destiny 1/2 veteran this is interesting.

Loved the updated Cloud design, but he needs 2015's skin tone. Cloud is supposed to stand out in a crowd due to his extreme Mako exposure and eventually Mako Poisoning. He's supposed to have his green Mako eyes as well before he's healed. Going to be interesting to see how Zack/Cloud becomes the real Cloud in Mideel.
