Agreed Decrypt, very modest indeed. What's actually more awesome about this news is how out of the gate GTA V will support Xfire and SLI set ups.
Yep, I've played extensively on the Gear VR and Rift DK 2 and both are simply not ready for mass market - not that they purport to be with their "innovators" and "development kit" tags. To me it shows the tech isn't quite there yet so for Sony (and Valve/HTC) to announce a consumer version so soon is exciting yet worrying at the same time.
PS4 will struggle to offer top quality experiences gamers might expect coming from the almost standardized HD 1080p format (let's say the next Call of Duty style graphics on the platform as an example). Xbox One even more so due to limitations of both hardware platforms.
VR is a beast even on current top end PCs, and what these companies really need to fathom is that if they get the "first impression" wrong they will for ever consign VR to a niche market rather ...
I still have my copy somewhere.
Epic. Glad they use the same gravely voiced actor from the previous game.
You are right that it's still a long ways to being affordable for most but, no you don't need a Titan for "a decent frame rate".
The AMD R9 290X which costs under £300 is quite capable of running a number of games at 60fps in 4K.
The review is well written aside from a lack of proof reading. If I was Editor of this website I would tell the reviewer to actually "review" the game first before plucking a hit hungry score out of his ass with no explanation as to why he knocked off the points.
Terrible review.
Nothing but praise for the game with fancy eloquent diction and then a slapped on controversial score with no reasoning behind it at the end.
Avoid.
Not my vid bro. I just submitted the article. Anyhow your reactions are entertaining but imo you must be distracted too much from concentrating on the boss with all that drama. That's all I'm saying really.
If you're always like that then I sincerely apologize...to anyone within earshot of you.
Lol.
One love.
I'm calling fake.
Spend less time screaming like a pansy for Youtube dramatic effect and actually playing the game properly and you might have fared better.
Damn Pewdiepie has so much to answer for.
Edit: That was entertaining though.
Nail on the head. "Too many people nowadays want these easy ass games." Yes that's the "average gamer" you're talking about and the point of this article.
In my opinion I would say this game is too hard for the "average" gamer deliberately by its challenging design. You guys here and anyone who pays attention to gaming on sites like this are not the "average" gamer.
Core gamers will find much balance and challenge in Bloodborne, but put someone with little patience who just wants to have some fun and they will find Bloodborne repetitive/frustrating due to the constant deaths, no regen health, lack of map to ...
The author is using an R9 290X. Based on my limited knowledge of GPUs and a quick Google search reveals you should be OK.
Ok well I take it back. Apologies for making a sweeping assumption about your maths.
Works out to be £39.91 in the UK with Free Shipping. Not bad at all.
Edit, the author needs a maths recheck as the discount code MARCHSALEDAY6 takes off ~ £7 not £5.
£46.95 - £7.04 = £39.91.
Or dying to play Bloodborne if they've not purchased it yet.

"Excuse the skewed audio as this has occurred due to the YT Matched Content ID system music removal tool."
Right, casual gamers make up the VAST majority of the gaming public, so although they might not have the skills like you and I, should they not be allowed to play and enjoy this game on some level at least?
If this guy sucks at Bloodborne, then maybe there should have been an EASY(easier) mode available for people like him so at least the game doesn't close itself off to the, and I quote "bloody casual" gamers and still keeps the core gamers happy by not comprom...
Team Ninja are officially suffering from the "triple bind" or should that be "nipple bind"?
Me confused?
Quote from the review:
"Overall Bloodborne is one of the most beautiful and immersive games I’ve played exclusively for the PS4 by far."
An 8 out of 10... here we go.
Another review which doesn't properly justify why the points were taken off in the text unless the loading times were that bad for the reviewer. 3.5/5 for controls but no mention of any issues with controls in the review text. Bah!
He mentions the ...
