Thats the exact thing I've been looking forward to in terms of multiplayer. Having a life means you dont have time to invest into a multiplayer like you would a friggin' mini-MMORPG. And people dont really play Quake Live because they are playing Counter-strike. I hope DNF is the hit that it should be. Already pre-ordered my copy.
I wouldn't be surprised if all the next gen games were required to have some Kinect support just like all games, this gen, are required to have some Xbox Live support.

It all depends on the consoles that are released. If the big 3 decide to milk the current gen for another 10+ years(which they easily could thanks to the new[and entirely gamer-ruining] new CASUAL market), then you are right, we would never need 50+ gigs on a DVD.

Although the space gameplay did look good and fun, I must say one thing.
