Walking around Home is about as much fun as watching paint dry.
Game Room sounds like it will be fun.
Also, 240 points (three dollars) is a great price (I figured it would be more).
Looking forward to seeing what games will be available.
I call them as I see them.
Sounds like I touched a nerve.
Ah, yes.
My bad.
Have the reliabilty issues been improved with the M4's over there, FarEastOrient?
I have 3 of them myself and have an occasional failure to feed/fire/eject, but from what I hear you guys have been having some serious trouble with the platform (to the point of getting people killed in the middle of a firefight due to weapon jams).
I love mine, but I would always be worried about having to make a transition if I were actually fighting with one. lol
All you have managed to do is make yourself sound like a morally bankrupt person, who no doubt chooses to "live and let live" because it serves to make you feel better about your own choices in life.
Our society is in very serious trouble because of thinking like that.
Also, the "you're high horse needs to be shot in the head" suggestion was a nice touch.
Anger issues, much? lol
This means that I will be buying far fewer EA games in the future.
I need to pick this one up.
I wasn't blown away by the demo, but something tells me it's not the kind of game that can be fully appreciated just by playing the demo.
It's pretty sad that you would even say something like that.
If staying faithful to the people that love you (and expecting others to do the same) means that I am on a "high horse", then so be it.
I'm sure that I'm in the minority, but I don't like seeing someone with the morals of an alley cat succeed in life.
The man is a scumbag, plain and simple.
Unfortunately , the world is full of similar scumbags that actually envy people like him, so little (if anything) usually happens in cases like these.
I remember playing Super Mario Bros at a friend's house when it first came out and man, I was totally blown away.
It was such a huge leap from the Atari 2600 that I had been playing for years.
I asked my parents to get me an NES that Christmas and they not only got me one (along with Super Mario Bros.) but they got me the one that came with the robot!
I was like "HELLS YEAH!!" lol
That was a long time ago, but I remember it...
Well, considering that you are part of the problem around here, Morganfell, I am not surprised by your lack of concern.
Carry on...
That is beside the point.
I'm talking about the constant knee-jerk attacks that are taking place around here.
It really is out of control.
Nice try Morganfell, but I'm talking about the people that are calling him names because he likes the 360 more than the PS2/PS3 (take a look at the comments section on that website).
I just don't understand why people get so worked up over it.
I mean, if I see an article that says the PS3 is the best console ever made, I don't feel an urge to blast whoever wrote it and call them names.
It's like a few months ago when I said that I didn't have fun p...
Man, so much bitterness around here.
It's strange that a website devoted to something fun (video games) is filled with so many angry people.
Seriously, why do people always feel the need to attack someone that simply has a different opinion than them?
In my opinion, the "Console of the Decade" title should be given to BOTH the PS2 and the Xbox 360.
The PS2 wins for the first half of the decade, and the 360 wins for the second half.
I would really like to get a Wii, but all of the "my Wii has been collecting dust for years" type of comments makes me very nervous about getting one.
I think I would like it, but given that so many people have such a hatred for it, I'm not so sure.
It can't be THAT bad, can it?
Why would I post my PSN and stop you from continuing to make a fool out of yourself? lol
While I'm sure that you are feeling proud of yourself after that last post, all it did was serve to further prove my point; you are overly emotional when it comes to video games.
Seriously, take half a step back and look at what you are getting so defensive over.
It's a video game, and healthy adults don't feel the need to defend them with endless rants and accusations...
I'm serious, you sound like you need professional help.
Your long-winded, paranoid posts suggest that you have an unhealthy emotional attachment to video games.
Going back and reading through my old posts in order to prove your "he doesn't even own a PS3" theory is also cause for concern.
Maybe this will help you: I have owned a PS3 for several years now. I like some of the games that are available for it and dislike others.
I tend...
"You also have the option to pay to play a single game, just like dropping two quarters in the slot in the old arcades, for 40 Microsoft Points."
The key word in that sentence is "option".
You can purchase the game for 240 points.
You are grasping at straws on that one, my friend.
