Gears 3 seriously is one of the worst. I have about 30 out of 65 onyx medals, and each onyx medal is a hard achievement in itself. The only way to get it is to eave your controller in a custom lobby over night for about 100 years lol.
Quake 4 had one that you needed to be top of the all time world leaderboard, which is insane considering ppl have glitched the leaderboard so they have billions of points (you get like 10 points a kill or something).
Look at CoD's success. I'm a mechanic, and my mechanic colleagues were talking about CoD randomnly.
They aren't even gamers (though I am) and yet they are talking about how they "owned sum noobs".
CoD is A pop phenomenon, AND I want nothing to do with it or any developer who turns their back on the REAL gamers.

But PS+ gives you full games to play, while at the moment we only have heard they are making games designed with the F2P model. There is definitely a difference, and hopefully this new program can evolve into what PS+ is offering.
Either way, I'll be renewing Gold when Halo 4 comes out, but depending on how this F2P model thingy works, I might consider buying more than 1 month at a time.
Either way, this is a good sign. I havn't found the time or had any justification to renew my gold in a while, but this is still a good sign. Hopefully they aren't just planning on making F2P games, and will follow the PS+ model and offer free FULL games.

I couldn't care less about Kinect. I just hope they make New IP's or continue forgotten ones (Lost Odyssey NEEDS a sequel or something, so little JRPG's these days, except the wii).

Repetitive Enemies and the bad story is true.
Although it is the same engine, it doesn't matter. It is in no need of an upgrade at the moment, as Crysis 2 was not taking full advantage of it.

True. While CD Projekt RED are one of the best developers, they trusted peoples good will too much. It had over 4 or 5 million pirates (the witcher 2). Don't know how many lost sales that was but I'd say over a million at least.
