i agree it's expensive, but i don't think it's over priced. i think you get what you pay for.
personally i would of liked them to take a hit and price it 100 lower but who wouldn't!?

i have to agree. i'd probably give it a 7.5 out of 10
the big titles like the new assassins creed, new mordor game and anthem are all on ps4. and the other things we say was same as previous year crackdown, sea of theives and state of decay (the latter two not looking so impressive)
personally i was excited for the new ori. and i was able to watch in 4k so everything looked amazing. i wonder if anthem will be able to look and play the same on ps4,...
all games will run and play better, load faster that kinda thing. if it was dynamic resolution like 900-1080 it will be in 1080 all the time. if the game is 60fps but dips to like 50 it probably won't dip anymore.
however, it's the same game with performances. what you're refering too game slike gears of war 4 and resident evil 7 and a few others are actually doing a full on patch to make the game 4k native. and thats free.

Seriously. The last few years Nintendo has been even less exciting than third party confenceses. I dont even get excited for them anymore.
They crushed me. The one year I was so excited to see what's next for my Wii u, that I loved. And eagerly sat thru the muppets thing like it'll be worth it at the end for the big reveal. Blow me away Nintendo. Only to see star fox Wii u. My enthusiasm for Nintendo was never the same again.

Maybe if the ps4 pro was a more compelling package, included ultra hd etc its sales would of been better. So the argument you're trying to make isn't that strong.
I don't think I'd pay that much if it's slightly better. That's kinda why I said I'm waiting to see what it brings to the table. After I see I'll be able to see if it has any value to me. As well I'm hopin for aggressive trade in bonuses.
And it's not just for slightly better looking games. Also interested in it if it pans out what eurogamer was saying that it will make loading a lot faster across the board especially for backward compatibil...
