It became super easy to max everything once House of Wolves dropped. It would probably take you two, maybe three days to max all three of your characters if they're at least a 20. Or the one, since it sounds like you only had one character, which is cool, that's how I started.
"You are a slave to 'Destiny' and you are a* moron for that."
Haterade, fixed!
This will be the first Mass Effect that I get on PC and I'm super stoked. I already know it's gonna be beautiful. Got my GTX 970 on its way!
While I wish games were as crispy and amazing as devs show them to be, you really gotta take a step back and think about the games you've been playing over the past decade and where games are today. Even downgraded, as some would say, The Witcher 3 looks phenomenal. I don't understand the argument. Seriously. Anyone ever played Syphon Filter on the PS1??? Then look at Rainbow Six Vegas 2, now look at GTA V and The Witcher 3 or even Batman Arkham Knight. Sure, yeah it's false adver...
Sony won, Microsoft won, no one cares... if you're like me and own a ps4 and a PC, and soon a XBone, you won't care who won, but who gets their games to shelves sooner. I just wanna play some games man. And they're looking better and better lately. Who cares what console they're on.
This was my first Witcher game, and I'd recommend not waiting to play it. Maybe because it's my first Witcher game, I'm a little overwhelmed with how amazing it is. I'm building a PC right now, so once that finishes up, I'll be selling my PS4 copy and buying a PC copy. I just hope all the bugs are worked out by then on PC.
People can hate on Ubisoft all they want to. And I personally don't care what the graphics come out looking like, this game is gonna be amazing. Ghost Recon has never really been that stellar in the graphics department, it's always been about the gameplay. And I for one am super ecstatic about this one!
Wait... when did Luke Smith become Luke Timmins? Did I miss something?
So anyway, take your taken king's $40, then add another $20 to that, and buy The Witcher 3, or MGSV Phantom Pain instead. If they want to charge almost the full price of the game, mine as well spend it on a full game... right?
To show his disappointment. Bungie won't know how they F'd up unless people tell them, or comment somewhere. As someone who put in over 300hrs into this game and finally took it out the console for good, I now understand why people who didn't like the game or have given up on it comment on articles. They like to see what's new with it, but also feel the need to voice their opinion when they can. Such a promising game. I hope they can fix their issues going forward. But for me,...
Preordering anything is pretty dumb in general. Unless it's a big AAA title, like The Witcher 3, or Mass Effect, then there's no point. I didn't even pre-order witcher 3. It's just a gimmick that I wish companies would stop using.
Yeah, I don't know what this person was smoking... TLOU was probably my second favorite game ever made on the PS3, obiously Uncharted 2 takes the cake. But TLOU definitely deserves a sequel. Even if it isn't Joel and Ellie, although I don't particularly believe their story was completely over. But sure, definitely want a sequel. Naughty Dog can do whatever they want to tho, because they're Naughty Dog and we will follow.
Destiny was the first game in a long time that I played religiously every day. I didn't even hesitate to stop playing it once they botched the taken king reveal. It was so atrocious I literally vomited in my mouth a little. I think it's time companies start to realize that just because their game is great, doesn't mean gamers can't put the disc back in the case and put in another great game with a company that has a better stance on delivering to the fans.
Yeah, that's like the only thing I noticed. Not sure why 9 people disagree with you lol, because it's pretty much a fact. It's pretty cool though that consoles have improved so much that it's hard to tell the difference now.
Also, not a fanboy, I love xbone, ps4 and pc. As we all should because video games are awesome, regardless of your console or pc.
See, that's what I'm saying. Some people just have legit reasons for not having a mic.
I know they could probably do a matchmaking option to where it's optional, but what would be the point lol. I think they should do it and then let everyone see why they didn't in the first place. It's like my brother always trying to tell me how to play, so I do it his way and let my failure be the explanation as to why I was doing it right the first time haha.
The Taken King DLC should be $20. That would probably shut everyone up. I tried to defend the price point earlier this week, when referencing the amount of content we got with House of Wolves and The Dark Below. But what I didn't think about is how little of content both of those expansions produced. We're getting about the same amount of content of the first two expansions combined. So sure, the price seems right. But when you look at how much money a first year player has to dish ou...
I still don't get the whole quip about matchmaking for raids. If you've ever played a raid in destiny, you'll know that communication is key. If you've ever done, say a level 18-26 strike from the strike playlist, you'll also know that not every player has a mic or wants to talk to weirdos from other countries. This argument for any point of view is pointless. It shouldn't be used against Bungie, nor for them. It's just a mute point at this given time. That's l...
I plan on getting the regular $40 one. And if they give us something for free, that's great. It does suck tho that they'd be so careless and disloyal to their fans. And to be honest with you, the collector's edition probably won't draw in a bunch of new players. If they haven't picked up the game by now, they probably won't. It'll just be poor suckers who've fallen for their trap, that already own the game but want to dish out an extra 40 bones for class items,...
Why you know words who words walk chicken goat?
Completely agree. They need to come up with a veteran pack for free for those that got the game early. It's definitely a rip off for sure. Just anything for their core diehard players.
Which it won't be. And even if it is the size of both expansions, both of the first two expansions were so small, it's almost a crime to call them expansions.
And the reason why so many people are complaining about the cost isn't due to the value of the game. Coming from someone who put in over 300+ hours into it, with three 34 characters, it's the fact that a brand new Destiny player gets everything the hardcore fans will have once TTK releases, for $80 less...
