While I agree, at the same time it's been revealed that the House of Wolves DLC will have a ton more included than The Dark Below DLC. While the mission, strikes, and raid count will be about the same, there's a ton of new loot that will be added on as well. Exotic weapons, legendary weapons, legendary and exotic armor, new shaders and class items. I for one am really looking forward to it!
I've decided not to get this game. One, the match making for this game (if there is any) will be atrocious, and if there isn't match making I don't currently have three other friends who would be willing to put as much time into this game as me.

People often don't understand Destiny and its purpose. It's a loot game with a basic story. It's all about the pickups. If people were so turned off by repetitive maps and the lack of story, no one would play Call of Duty, am I right??? You can also use the forums on bungie.net to look for raid groups. If you go into the recruitment page, and look for specific threads dedicated to VoG or Crota's End, you should be able to get a group together in under five minutes.

Completely agree, and even when they try to fix things, they screw up something else in the process lol. I still love the game, but man do they need to tighten up.

Some of the DLC is cool tho. But it really depends on the DLC as to whether or not I preorder the game. Typically I wait for reviews and gameplay footage before buying a game now. 10 times outta 20, the DLC alone won't be enough to get me to preorder something. If they offered a $5 discount for preordering it, then it would be worth it.
The Order obviously sparked this article. I would spend $30 on it and nothing more. When you consider that there are games like Destiny, Dragon Age, or Left Behind that extend far beyond 5-7hrs of gameplay, it seems a bit like robbery to me to sell a game with much less playing time for the same price. It's not always about what's presented, but how it compares to other games.
There is a single player, and the premise of the whole game is built on a campaign. You're an agent trying to prevent an outbreak from eradicating the entire human race. You work with three other agents (friends) to investigate the outbreak in New York City. It's single player, but also offers co-op and multiplayer.
I'm actually cool with Xur not selling everything, and often not having what I'm looking for. It one, gives me a reason to play the game (or grind, however you wanna phrase it), and two, sometimes I don't have enough strange coins anyway. I've only been playing it since November of 2014, so I unfortunately don't have a load of strange coins.
Destiny is made for grinders, period. So for all those using that as an excuse to hate the game, it's obviously not a game designed for you. I personally don't mind the grinding as it gives me something to do every weekend when I have nothing else to do.

Completely agree. Not sure why they didn't go this route. They would've been able to delve deeper into each race and why they're even involved in the fighting.
Congrats! Love this game. I picked it up the same day I picked up my PS4. I beat Metro: Last Light on PS3 and plan on beating this one on PS4. Destiny has kept me preoccupied, but don't worry, I'm diving into some Metro this weekend for sure!
