Man, those screenshots look amazing.
They better stop shyting on themselves. Digital only releases, 1yr exclusives, that doesn't fly with the gaming community. Changing things when they don't need to be changed, taking handouts just to finish a game. That doesn't scream "we're in a good place."
I love how people disagree with the fact that the game won't sell very well once the exclusive time is up. C'mon man, why would anyone wanna buy a year old game? That's like me wanting to buy Destiny when I could get The Witcher 3 instead, or even just wait to get MGSV. Y'all crazy man lolol. I can tell you one thing, I won't be one of those people buying Tomb Raider a year after its release.
So I've recently built a PC, so digital is pretty much the way I'll go when purchasing the new Hitman, because everything looks better on my PC. However, for those that don't have a PC, and I was once there myself, this is a serious blow to Square Enix's fan base. They've been digging themselves into a serious hole lately. I'm not sure where these changes are coming from, and what's prompting these business practices, but if the fan feedback is any indication they ...
Was just talking about this last week. It's like whatever I'm thinking it's becoming real... *Half Life 3... Half Life 3.... Half Life 3*
Bungie/Activision either or both of them have trouble with pricing their expansions properly. Both in basing it on content and gauging fan interest. I think they're doing a lot of things based on fan feedback, but are also at the same time implementing things that fans don't want. Then they're pricing their content based on the notion that in their eyes it's a good value. The problem with this is that their sense of value is different from that of the consumer.
Nah, not even close. If it weren't for The Dark Below and House of Wolves, I would've beat the base game in one weekend. That's seriously not a lot of content.
Maybe he's just saying for future reference or something? I dunno. He could've also been drugged by Pill Cosby. Check your drink bro!
I've been looking at this game every time I go on the steam store. I was so close to buying it. But I'm waiting at least a couple more months when there's more reviews out for it. I think a lot of people are giving it praise because it's something new and fresh. I saw the same thing happen with Destiny on PS4, then six months later people were down right bashing it. So we'll see how it is in a few months.
I love disagreement, lmao. So you're saying Square Enix will make more money because of the exclusive? Because I was basically saying they'll lose money in the long run from doing the exclusive... regardless of what platform it's on. It doesn't matter. I'm sure Microsoft threw a bunch of money at Square Enix, but I don't think it was any where near the range of what they could have gotten had it been available for Sony and Microsoft fans. So tell me again how you disag...
Why would anyone buy an entire console for one game? That's like me buying a ps4 just to play Uncharted. As good as Uncharted is, it'll never warrant $300 to $400 alone.
The only reason I plan on buying an XBone is because I'm a gamer, through and through. I bleed games (weird, I know, I've seen a doctor, nothing they can do about it). If you love games as much as I do, you'll own both XBone and PS4... and a PC, which I just built. The XBone is next on my ...
I'm not saying Tomb Raider will be the worst game ever to hit shelves, in all honesty, it might even be quite good. And that's the sad part about it. You can talk about how it might flop, this and that... the simple fact of the matter is that regardless of how good or how bad it might be, it could have been that much better without the exclusivity being involved.
I personally love Tomb Raider. One of the first games I can remember playing on my first original Playstat...
I haven't played a Tomb Raider game since like, the third one, maybe the second one. It's been that long. So never playing it again is always an option, considering there will be at least ten games that come out between now and holiday 2016 that I'll pick up, that will make me completely forget about this game.
Real dumb move by Square Enix. And to be honest with you, it makes me not want to buy any of their games.
Bet it already looks this good on PC. Just downloaded it the other day, haven't checked it out yet tho. Doubt I'll buy it again if it looks ok on PC.
I just don't like Luke Smith. Whoever hired this guy needs to be the one to fire this guy. That's where Destiny went wrong for me. Having this guy in front of a camera was the worst decision ever made by Bungie and Activision. Throw money at the screen, please... I took the taken king's $40 price tag, added $20 to it and bought The Witcher 3. And guess what? I will throw money at CD Projekt because they've made an amazing game, and are fixing the few bugs that do exist and wil...
Building a PC and got a free code for this game. I also got Shadow of Mordor, which one would you guys recommend I play first? And are there still bugs with the PC version? --- probably why they're giving it away for free basically lol
Man, there are some serious crickets in the Destiny threads lately.
Activision was like, "So Bungie signed the papers today. Who wants to go on a cruise??? Anyone? ANYONE??!?!?!?!?!"
That poor cow man, there won't be any milk left in those teets.
I'm holding this rock, and I see this article and then I tried to eat the rock. It makes no sense. I don't know. But I do know it's THURSFRIDAY!!!!
Yeah, because he's won multiple Super Bowl rings and makes clutch plays when it counts. If you gave Peyton Manning that offensive line, Demarco Murray at running back, Dez Bryant and Jason Witten, he would've won five Super Bowl rings by now.
Useless hate, lol. He can't win a Superbowl if his life depended on it. I'm surprised Jerry Jones is still sticking with him... actually, no... no I'm not surprised.
