First they hike up the price by $10, then they start taking away quality and on top of that they throw over priced DLC at us, well activision does anyways. People, those racing games you play are arcade racers. This....this is how close you can get to the real circuits. No other racing game comes close to this, its call "The Real Driving Simulator" for a reason.
Microsoft is not open like that, if they were, they'd have an app store for windows mobile already. There's also a couple of reasons why it wouldn't work.
1. I'm sure something with xbox live terms would prevent many apps coming to life.
2. Simple apps would cost insane M$ points.
3. Somebody would hack it and the free app bonanza would begin.
