For starters, Epic's deal with Microsoft covered 3 games (See I told you Gears 3 is exclusive!) Not so fast deathrow! So far 3 games have been made for 360 from Epic, Gears of War, Gears of War 2 and..... Shadow Complex. So the decision to put Gears 3 on PS3 is quite possible.
