Lol wtf Nintendo. I'm still waiting to buy a switch because it's all just ports of Wii U games that I already have. If they had some kind of upgrade program then I'd be down but seriously, wtf. Why not just port every good Wii u game and sell for 20 bux each? It's a bit ridiculous for them to try and pass these off as new releases with a dx or deluxe slapped on the box. Shame, but cool more people get to play the games.

After playing Zelda for a good month straight, it really did start to feel tiresome. I just stopped having the urge to play because it felt like a chore. This cant be too hard for MS to do either. They could simply make a smaller Surface tablet that also plays Xbox games. They already have the supply chain in place for Surface and Xbox, and they could just create a joy con style controller dock thingy and it would print money. Win-Win
Didn't they get sued for the 3d tech? Some company that created that 3d tech was getting a cut of every 3ds sold. Now they won't have to pay that company Jack going forward. Plus the 3d has always been a gimmick and it gave me a headache anyway. Who the hell really cared about the 3d?!
DKR is stilll the best kart racer ever made imo. MK8 is pretty good as far as graphics and gameplay, but I'm not sure anything will ever beat DKR in terms of charm, cool tracks, and it's great story mode. I think maybe Playtonic could come closer than anybody else to capturing that magic tho!
Mario Kart is still taking ideas from DKR. Rare was the king of kart racers. As great as Yooka Laylee turned out I'd love to see them make a kart racer with the best of the best indie characters and levels. Seeing shovel knight in YL was a cool touch. I imagine they'd do a pretty good job implementing some indie franchises into the kart racer format. DO IT!!!
Well you're definitely missing out if you only tried it out. Yooka is a pretty long game and it opens up A LOT once you get some of the locked moves. I didn't like the demo but the full game turned out pretty great!
Of course they did. I just sold my unopened spare one for $120 on ebay ( I only started bids at retail price!) so naturally the price is gonna jump to 250 and up. I knew i shoulda waited I might have to sell my open one since I still have the og nes with most of those games.
Yeah those dead rising 3 kinect implementations were actually pretty sweet amd fairly impressively implemented. They werent perfect, but I did blow a few minds when i had some relatives over and showed off those features. Alerting a horde of zombies with just some room noise brought a pretty cool immersion factor that nobody else utilized. I wish they would've expanded on that sort of thing but they just gave up. Whats ironic is the same can be said about most of his personal projects. He hyped so many great features of all these supposed great games and not a single one lived up to its potential. Im not really comparing them, just imagining how much better it could look on more powerful hardware. Zeldas biggest shortcomings are its graphical hitches. It gets REALLY bad in some spots, particularly villages. These issues wouldnt be issues if the game was on more powerful platforms, simple as that. That's a very fair assessment. With so many games to play I really need a game to grab me right from the start or at least the first hour. ME just didnt and it was partly Zeldas fault. What a bad time for anyone else to release anything. Horizon Zero Dawn is the only game that's been able to tear me away from zelda.
More reason Ninty should just leave home consoles behind. The big home console-type games they make should just be on xbox and/or playstation.

I really dont see how MS think they can sell this for more than $400usd. Consoles dont sell well above that as has been proven several times in previous console generations. I also dont think launching it holiday 2017 is a good idea. Should be a late summer release for 400. Around early september would be perfect.
Really hope they get to do a new IP. After seeing how GG created the incredible Horizon Zero Dawn after being essentially forced to create Killzone games for so long, I think Sony should just let their devs loose! By the same token, Id also love a new Sly Cooper or iNfamous game.
Anyone else get the email about Microsoft and Amazon teaming up to make Xbox One more affordable? Basically, if you order and Xbox from Amazon Prime you just have to pay taxes up front and then they charge you $50 a month until its paid off. No finance charge or extra fees or any tricks or schemes. If they offer this deal with the Xbox Scorpio ill definitely be in for one and my One S will be relegated to the bedroom. Cant wait to see what sort of tricks MS has up their sleeve!
Holy crap another awesome Humble Bundle! I ALWAYS buy console bundles just because I want to see more of them! This has some so-so to meh games sure, but the $15 bundle is a STEAL! Even if you dont have a PS3 or 4, you should buy this and give it to someone who does.
My net provider gives me 50 email accounts. Just make a new psn account with a new email and youll get the ps plus free trial for each. I do one a month for this occasion. Make the console the home console for each and those ps plus games and most features can be used by your main account. I was a paid subscriber for years, but then Sony started requiring it for online play and the selection of free games pretty much stopped appealing to me, save for a few here and there. What is great about xbox ones backward compatibility is that the games are enhanced from their original versions. I much prefer this over remasters. I cannot fathom why anyone would argue against BC. The feature is pretty great, and they always seem to have BC games for super cheap digitally. It allows me to pull out my old games or get games that I missed out on for super cheap compared to "hd remasters" that sell for $20-30.
