I love PlayStation and have since 97 when Sony had no respect and had to buy their way into the console market (by way of buying exclusivity for Final Fantasy 7). This is what Sony does. They get overconfident and think the gamers will just do as Sony says. Whenever they are in the lead for the previous generation they always pull some kind of crap like this. I thought they would have learned their lesson after the PS3 debacle, but it seems Sony's back up to their tricks again. it's funny how a generation of amazing games can make people forget the past atrocities of a company.
I thought Hyrule Warriors was pretty good and I've never liked the Dynasty Warrior games. This looks pretty good to me and a good way to hold us over till BotW 2.
All these naming conventions are garbage. Each new gen should have a completely different name for the new console. Nintendo gets it for the most part. The one time they didn't, we had the Wii U failure. PlayStation makes sense with their numbered entries, but it's just such a boring way to name things and is kind of a cop out. I still think the new Xbox shoulda been called Xbox Next. The tag line could have been "welcome to what's next" or many other variables.

I am seriously in complete awe of this game. Ghost of Tsushima is WAY better than you can imagine! I dont know how much better launch PS5 games can possibly look... It is unreal how much better the game keeps getting the more you play it! Quite possibly the game of the entire generation... It truly feels like a dream to play this thing. Insomniac is simply an incredible studio! I really hope they do a Sunset Overdrive remake/sequel. I know alot of peeps missed that one cuz it was Xbox, but it's classic Insomniac! They can do absolutely no wrong in my book, but I'd really like to see them finish what they started with SO. But please just give me anything by them for next gen launch and I'm there! That's ludicrous! HZD is a must play OMG you're missing out on one of the most incredible experiences ever produced! This is the single most underrated game of this generation! I highly recommend it and it's Frozen wilds expansion! Do not deprive yourself any longer, there are robot dinosaurs to slay and insane plot twists that will blow you away

All the graphic whores out there will never be satisfied with what they see. They're already trying to say these games that have been shown aren't impressive. Your argument doesn't make sense. Complain about Assassin's Creed for changing but laud Zelda for doing just that? That's classic, especially considering that Nintendo has fully admitted they were inspired by Assassin's Creed for BotW!
This is such a pointless argument. They are the creators of the franchise they can take it in whatever way they choose. It is what they say it is, not what you think it should be. If you like the old style then nothing is stopping you from playing the old games. What's the big deal, just go play those!?
The smart delivery feature coupled with gamepass has me sold on series X for day one. But I know I'll have to own a PS5 at some point too, Sony has way too many exclusive franchises I can't pass up. I can only imagine what their studios will put out next gen! What a time to be a gamer!
